Top end of Zinc is about 40 mg a day. I'll alternate taking 25 mg and 50 mg daily. It's good for immunity and sexual performance. It's been shown to have some of the strongest results among vitamins for both preventing, lessening and shortening illnesses

Start here, fish oils biggest issue is their stability. But also if you combine them with fructose/alcohol which many people do.
And many think now that fish oils are some magic pill and take way too much.
Its always best to eat fresh food, fresh fish is always preferrable to pills. This applies to all foods, always prefer fresh.

Been using those capsule omega-3 before and just got me the liquid form. I'd say liquid ones effect is felt pretty quick. Also been adding 3-5g of taurine spread throughout the day. Definitely can feel and made my eyesight better. For anyone feeling weird with D3 (joint pains), try vegan d3 from lichen. My usual joint pain from taking lanolin d3 is now gone.

I’m always incredibly disappointed with fit supplement threads. Fit actually DOES have that rare combination of esoteric and true knowledge sometimes on pretty much everything except lifting, but I guess I’ll have to add supplements to that list as well. Have never seen one useful piece of information about non steroid supps except the cum holy grail

      Anonymous

Because supplements don't do anything that crazy.

Vitamin D is probably the only useful thing since no one gets enough sun anymore. But it's not going to significantly impact your life.

Zinc to make your loads a little thicker. Everything else is pretty much placebo/waste of time

Does citrulline malate and beta alanine do anything for lifting or should I stop wasting my money? Can I replace them with Cialis which seems cheaper?

I learned they're like creatine where you have to take them daily to build it up in your system so that makes it even more expensive than just a preworkout.

I already take 2 scoops a day whey/casein, creatine, zinc and magnesium bisglycinate, d3+k2 and boron so I'm wasting quite a bit of money already on supplements.

You can order it online from roid websites or indian pharma. It doesn't give you a boner instantly when you take it I think that is viagra, it just makes it harder when you are horny and I heard it helps with pump at the gym like those 2 supplements I mentioned, not sure which is better for it though. It also lasts 2 days so you can only take it 3 times a week.

Vitamins might be a meme. But I can say that I haven’t gotten my twice a year common cold that turns into a two-week cough in over 7 years. I went 30+ years with that pattern until I started taking vitamin D and magnesium a few times a week. I know you’re supposed to get more vitamin D via sun and I was outdoors every day in the summer. But the winters must have really given me a deficiency. Or maybe it was the magnesium that helped, which is probably the one single mineral I’d recommend out of everything. Cured my insomnia. There’s a reason they give you an IV megadose of magnesium if you’re having a heart attack.

Foods that I regularly eat and foods that I think have a positive impact on health and gains:
        >3-5 eggs a day, both boiled and fried(I make sure yolk stays relatively raw)
        >chicken or pig liver, 200-400g at least once a week/two weeks
        >minced meat, mostly pork
        >lots of dairy

        Stuff I take:
        >A-Z
I don't take multivitamin when I have liver for dinner. I usually avoid it for 1-2 days.
        >30mg of Zinc
For me it saved my hair, made my skin and nails look better. Makes me horny, gives me boners. Fricked up dreams though.
        >300-400mg of Magnesium
        >D3+K2
I live in a cold climate with almost no sun. So it comes in handy.
        >Boron
My strength increased after taking it for a month. I feel more energetic as well.

        Optional:
        >Potassium and B-Complex, NAC 1200mg
        Only when I cure hangover.
        >L-Citruline
        For the better pumps. Simply.

I could probably get away without the supplements, but why the frick not. It's a tool, like everything else.

Then I simply like raw yolk. But I also like fried egg whites, so I try to fry whites and leave yolk somewhat liquidy. I bet it also destroys less nutrients.

Take your supplements with breakfast, so it's a standard thing every single day. Going to bed is such a dynamic event

Why do you cycle DHEA and Boron if I may ask? And how much of it do you take?

      Is it working?

        Anonymous

Prolonged, sustained use of DHEA is suspected to contribute to cancer.

Last I read, boron seems to actually increase estrogen if taken daily after the two week point. Cycling gets me all the positives and none (or very little) of the negatives.

Unsure if any of the stuff that I use does anything, tbh. I feel immortal and high energy 24/7 and haven't been sick in a decade. Test floating around 1050 ng/dl for a while.
