What are non-lifting activities you do that give you a lot of happiness? For me it's ice skating and skiiing.

What are non-lifting activities you do that give you a lot of happiness?

For me it's ice skating and skiiing. Put some music on and it's pure autistic bliss for hours.

Archery. Pretty easy to get into, cheap (compared to many other hobbies, usually can start off with club equipment for almost no investment) and the equipment lasts and is pretty easy to sell off.
Also very "meditative" in the sense that you need to be calm when you shoot and think about what you are doing, but it has physicality to it as well, body maintenance is especially important.

I've been getting into rock climbing lately. It's still a workout but fun and I get to look at QT climber grills.

    Singing I guess.
Luckily I have a pretty decent voice so I don't normally piss ppl off when I randomly do it on the street.

    Karate
My karate gym is just me and some boomers beating the shit out of eachother. I know it's probably not very effective as a martial art but I like talking to the karate boomers, they are very chill and give me advice on my form and life in general. One of them even said he will introduce me to his daughter.

All day gravel rides in the beautiful countryside
Put in an 80km ride last weekend (3.5 hours total ride time). I’m building up to a 150km race and also want to do a century (100miles) just because its a milestone
Takes a lot of food to make up for it though (watch told me this was a 4500+ calorie day for maintenance in just 80km and I wanna double it so it’ll end up at least 7000)
but it’s a great way to spend a day, just me my thoughts and my country
and I’ll literally never be cardiolimited on lifts reps
