i tried alot and this is the first reliable thing. because everytime you lapse you must reset the counter and it feels like a minigame to increase the streak and at some point you suddelny made it.
Try Sober Time. It's obviously mostly for recoverygays like myself, but it's great to open it every now and then and see it's been 800+ days since my last drink. You can add in candy/junk food/ as your vice too.
Put your phone away when you train. Remember the weight, sets and reps instead of logging them in an app.
