What are some good protein heavy diets catered to someone with the palate of a 5 yr old

I hate so many foods bc autistic skill issue about textures. Can anyone help me figure out what I can eat to max out on protein even with that restriction?

    I am 161 lbs at 5'8.5" for reference rn I eat at a cut(i eat about 1600 calories a day and I've lost 19 lbs already), I just wanna start building muscle in my ass cuz I feel like ion have a big enough ass.

    Just find a cheap protein you can eat.
    Minute steak? Hamburger? Sausages? Any of the many forms of eggs?
    There gotta be something you eat.
    Then eat your veggies, because you're a 5 years old and if you don't eat your veggies you're grounded.

      It's not like I can't do it, I have to mask in public so sometimes i kinda just suffer through eating things that are not my safe foods, but doing it every day would be difficult for me so idk how to manage that.

          I again just dont like certain textures, diff prep styles can fix that but it's sometimes at detriment to the diff foods

    Just buy plain casein. You can use it like you would use flour. Make some pancakes for breakfast, bake bread or cake with it, or just drink it with h milk as a shake.
    Alternatively you can just eat ground beef or pork.

        Wtf would a woman need protein for? You're not trying to go to the Olympia, you want to lose some fat and get a bigger ass. You're not a 220lb guy trying to get shredded while keeping his binch at 2.5pl8, you're just a regular human.
        Just eat at a deficit and do some bodyweight squats every day.
