Nta but Pretty much. I dropped from 189lb to 161lb and maintained most of my strength. I reduced extra fluff volume, really hit the compounds, focused on intensity. My diet was mostly meat, cheese, yogurt, rice, milk, and whey.

Looks like you have good muscle mass but you’re fat % is a bit high. Either eat at maintenance and focus on improving lifts, or do a cut for 2/3 months to look aesthetic. Depends if you want to get shredded now or wait until later. Personally, I would eat at maintenance and then do an aggressive cut starting in March.
