What are the best chest, particularly upper chest, exercised with minimal equipment? All I've got is a barbell and dumbbells. I can do calisthenics in various places in my neighborhood too.

Divebomber/hindu pushups, archer pushups and decline pushups
Dips are also good for chest of you lean a bit forward

is there a dip variation that targets the upper chest? I'd think I it'd be all lower pec muscle because you're pushing down.

you can do dumbbell flyes from the floor, otherwise weighted pushups (??????idk how you would add weight)
get an adjustable bench, adjustable bench and squat rack are the most important parts of a gym

it takes up so much space that i don't have. i don't even do squats. if i must I'll get the bench first. do they make benches that aren't adjustable but made in the incline position?

        You pick it up.
I guess you could rest the bar on something sturdy before you put the plates on so it sits higher up. But I just pick it up from the floor.

hmmmmmmmmm don't know until i try i guess. thanks for the suggestion. it's at least going in my back pocket. my landmine press can't be much higher than my ohp. I'm doing HIT this year, but if by fall next year i don't see serious results I'll be dramatically changing my program back to what i did before (more volume and less exercises).

Just do a shit ton of whatever you can.
I’ve seen guys make serious gains by just doing 20 sets of dumbbell bench per week. Yeah it will be boring, but do what you can

Weighted pushups with plates in a backpack and elevated feet.
