        More protein is satiating. Greater density of micros is also satiating. Eating proper meals comprised of whole foods will keep you from being hungry. Your emotional need to insert chips and other finger foods into your mouth is a learned behavior that can be corrected.

    I am addicted to pistachios. Macros could be better but they taste fricking great and are satisfying.
