    Burgers unironically aren't too bad nutrient wise, even the fastfood options. The most unhealthy component of a common burger is the bun. Other than that it's got protein from the beef, a little bit of fat, and some carbs.

      I remember I was normal one day and woke up with a double chin the next day when I ate some fast food. I stay away from that shit now. Idk how much fat was in it, but it must have been a ridiculous amount

    I like a double quarter pounder no cheese, or a sausage and egg McMuffin; they make a great mid day snack and only take up a 1/5 to 1/4 of my daily calories; still gives me room for an awesome dinner and a big ass protien shake.
