It's simple. There's a size at which a body part clearly looks unnatural and counterproductive. This guy's lower body is right around that max where any bigger would make him look worse. Arms could stand to gain an inch but that's it there too. The great news is there's no need to roid, you can achieve that 'max size without looking moronic' as a natty.
