Just eat fruit instead. It's the same thing but better. Fruit and grain have been around millions of years, veggies are mostly manmade.

No vitamin K leads to weaker bones supposedly and I don’t think you get much in fruit. Fruit has its own varied benefits.

Just blend it in with other stuff. Like brocoli in mac and cheese, cauliflower in mashed potato... just shove all the (steamed) veggies in a mixer, turn it into veggiepaste and mix it all in with other food.

None. You do not need them in your diet whatsoever. Red meat is a complete food on its own, and if you really want extra micros you can take a few bites of liver occasionally.

I don't know what's your point. I didn't said vegetables are needed or not needed for optimal health. What's more important though is having sub 20% body fat and find a diet that makes you feel good long term. Honestly grains, legumes, taters, meat, eggs and dairy doesn't sound that bad and you should be able to hit micros and macros just fine.

Childhood vaccination fricked me up big time and I’ve got a shitload of anti immune issues that are uncommon in my family tree. I modified my diet over the years and now straight out refuse to eat anything fresh. Almost every single vegetable and fruit gives me issues but some are fine if pickled or cooked. Used to eat garlic daily because I believed and still believe in its beneficial role for various health aspects but found out it’s the thing giving me flatulancy. Dropped it like it’s hot.

I do eat a little amount of broccoli carrots peppers spinach daily which I buy frozen and fry with tuna and eggs which is the main component of my OMAD diet. Been doing this for years, never felt better.

Berry’s are a godsend miracle though and the only kind of food I consume fresh.
