It’s a mix of both. Most esoteric philosophies are just different perspectives on the same image. You’ll learn mostly the same thing from the Bible or something like Neville goddard’s teachings.

i read the definition and it sounds like its for someone whos detached from reality and finds themself in an insane asylum 3 years from now.

I stopped telling other people what I do. I just tell them I'm very lucky with my genetics because even when I tell them the truth they simply won't accept it and they won't take the advice I give.
