Softer skin. Have yoi ever touched a woman?

They also seem to age way faster in general, so no estrogen is not the cure. I think the cure lies in collagen and bone marrow, they're things we don't typically consume anymore. Eat the skin of the animal and drink bone broth, or supplement them. Collagen definitely works to reduce wrinkles and grow hair, but beware of fake supplements. The chinks are selling us inert powder. If you don't see a result switch sources or stop taking it.

That's because they have less collagen. Men age faster than women. Men die 5 years younger than women on average.

men die younger. but girls age worse. based on looks, a man ages like 1 month for every 5 months a girl ages. girls fall off a cliff starting at age 22 and hit the wall at 25.

Because we work harder, much harder. We actually fare much better than women considering how hard we strive through life. Subject a woman to the same stresses and she'd croak early af.

If they did ever find a way to cure aging, and I'm assuming you mean immortality, it would 100% have a terrible side effect like guaranteed demonic invasion level schizophrenia or dementia when you pass a certain age.
I don't think God would ever allow that to happen anyway.

    revolution.
because DHT is anti-aging, making one ageless would involve raising their dht to healthy levels, which would make them violently resistant to gay society as it is - a sheep-shearing operation.
similarly, you raise peoples metabolism (the rate-limiting factor in animals) and they become more alive, and when people are more alive, they are more aware, and when they are more aware, they will absolutely refuse the current societal contract, if you can even call it that. A Brazzaville School of Economics contract: "you gives me that, whitey. Die."

The people who would provide such solutions would endeavor to waste the wealth they kept to pass laws to secure their business in the first place and I can tell you now if they could get away without curing you, they will. Sorely, they will curse you while you forgive them.

Women would litereally just be prostitutes their entire life. The only reason they settle down in their 30's is because they can't act like they're 20 anymore.

And what's the problem with women being prostitutes? Why do you need women after giving you kids. Infact if you are "immortal" the whole idea of passing genes makes no sense.

    >What are the political implication of curing aging?
It's impossible because oxidation of complex molecules such as proteins cannot be undone within living tissues.
"Aging" is what happens to organic molecules when exposed to oxidizers(like the oxygen in air). You need to reduce these molecules back to their original state, but reducing agents will destroy living tissues just like oxidizers.
All you can do to help limit damage is to have an intake of anti-oxidants(like vitamin-C), but that only slows the damage.
