                Oh you mean like idk 85 15 beef where I drained the fat for butter later? It was 3.99lb for 85 15 and 6.48 for 93. I have a freezer full of 10lbs of 93 15 and 8lbs of hand trimmed chicken breast. Too poor for lots of salmon tho. This is me after maingaining from 240lbs 135lb bench to 210 225 bench over 8 months. Yes I am fatso and have lots more to do still.

        Buy a bunch of ribeye steaks from costo or whatever you can access (as thick as possible, these are about 1.2lb each)

        Coat liberally in Killer Hogs Steak Rub (can get on amazon)

        Set sous vide to 132 and cook for 2.5-3 hours

        Sear off in a pan when you want to eat

        >Mushrooms

        Wash whole mushrooms, whatever kind you like

        Apply some minced garlic on top

        Sprinke some kosher salt

        Set oven to 400

        Bake for 20-25m

        Half way through put in tomatoes in separate baking sheet (use foil way easier to clean)

        >Rice

        Season how you like I do this
        Chicken boillon powder
        Garlic powder
        Onion powder
        MSG
        Smoked paprika

        Anon they’re 140 calories each and that amount is for six. Look at the post I linked. It’s a meal prep. This is food to last me multiple days. I combined all the foods I used into the same section so I can then divide the total cals and macros and get my amount per burrito. I will be eating 1-2 per day. 1.4lbs of ground beef is under breakfast and tortillas is what stuck out to you?

    And some of the pickled jalapeno juice gives it a nice flavor. Try it sometime, beats normal tuna salad. Just make sure to drain the tuna completely or it'll form a puddle in the fridge.

    Nothing for at least 3 or 4 more days not even reheating anything.
    Got precooked chicken breasts, sweet potatoes, mackerel. The cottage cheese, a few protein bars, some salad greens and few onion and carrots I quick picked to put on things as a condiment. Will probably make egg drop soup or something just as excuse to have a hot meal.

    as a starving skeleton with a garbage gut, literally everything in this thread looks good lol. the last time i cooked anything seriously i made jalapeno bacon cheese burgers, because i didnt wanna pay 10 dollars to big slop when i could make one for like 2-3 bucks.

    normally i just cook white rice, and go from there. cook some beans to go with it, chicken, pork whatever i got. i use the slow cooker a frick ton. when im real lazy i cook like noodles and add some canned chicken, or just plain white rice and a can of tuna.

    macros:
    - 855 kcal
