Buy a bunch of ribeye steaks from costo or whatever you can access (as thick as possible, these are about 1.2lb each)
Coat liberally in Killer Hogs Steak Rub (can get on amazon)
Set sous vide to 132 and cook for 2.5-3 hours
Sear off in a pan when you want to eat

Wash whole mushrooms, whatever kind you like
Apply some minced garlic on top
Sprinke some kosher salt
Set oven to 400
Bake for 20-25m
Half way through put in tomatoes in separate baking sheet (use foil way easier to clean)

Anon they’re 140 calories each and that amount is for six. Look at the post I linked. It’s a meal prep. This is food to last me multiple days. I combined all the foods I used into the same section so I can then divide the total cals and macros and get my amount per burrito. I will be eating 1-2 per day. 1.4lbs of ground beef is under breakfast and tortillas is what stuck out to you?
