So basically in gaming a 'sleeper' is a build where your character doesn't look particularly impressive but they absolutely decimate when given the opportunity.
I've been researching fitness and I'm essentially trying to 'gamify' it to maintain my interest. I always opt for sleeper builds because I'm not interested in vanity but I like to subvert expectations and dominate people who you wouldn't expect me to, so that's how I want to approach fitness.
I understand that to develop this I need to focus on strength sets (1-5 reps) rather than hypertrophy (8-12) and build the 'skill' of strength. I do not intend on cutting and have no interest in gaining weight. I have no interest in looking 'visibly' muscular because I feel like it would put me to close to these hedonistic vanity-based tiktok bodybuilders who have very different motivations. I just want to be a normal looking dude who can be crazy strong when he needs to be.
I haven't started yet as I'm still developing my strategy. I'm wondering if there are any tricks or exercises that will help me develop strength while limiting potential hypertrophy as much as possible. I'm already including deadlifts, snatches, cleans (no jerk or presses as they're very shoulder isolating) and farmers carrys for example.
>I just want to be a normal looking dude who can be crazy strong when he needs to be.
Why not be a strong dude who also looks like a strong dude? Do you have some weird insecurity that when people see you, they will place expectations upon you that you cannot live up to?
With that "set yourself up for failure" attitude you will always be weak and you will never be "crazy strong". Not even anything approaching "strong", actually.
In fact you will get strength-mogged by every obese black woman, despite going to the gym for a year.
>What are your IST goals for 2024?
Just lifting regularly again. I thought it would be a 4pl8 deadlift, but I got that in 7 training sessions starting back from 2pl8s, so just any consistency in training will get me back to the 6pl8 squats&deadlifts I had in 2018.
2pl8 pullups
1pl8 ohp
3pl8 squat
started working out this September, currently doing 6 bw pullups and 45kg ohp for reps
I think my goals are pretty realistic for the end of 2024
I don't get it either 🙁
Must be the lack of consistency.
Either way, OHP is now my most shameful lift, so i must work on it hardest until my bulk ends.
i look like a thin dyel and press 80kg strict full rom
have you seen 49kg category female Olympics? they outlift 99% of IST
Mirin. Post a vid of your ohp to boost my morale/motivation

just ended a 1 year relationship so im not in the mood for another girl
Just lose some weight and get back to a baseline level of fitness. Anything else is a bonus. Doing my best to bounce back from a 2 year slide into depression.
Doing 20 pull ups with no assistance. I started 2 months ago doing 5 reps with 50kg counterweight and im currently doing several sets of 10 reps with 35kg of counter. I weight 88kg
Bruh I’m on 2.5 plate dips for 6. Still 20lbs off goal but I think doable in a year. 100 mile race is in April. Goals are definitely achievable this year. Strength will get put on back burner Feb and March but will workout to maintain during that time. Suck my dick.
6pl8 squat
I've done 4pl8 for 12 earlier this year. I'm sure I can do it. I plan on staying in a caloric surplus throughout the year and be 100% consistent at the gym
Lose another 14kg. Hit X/X/3/4 for a 1rm. Was 109kg at the start of the year, now 95. I never go for 1rm in OHP and bench but my best is like 40kg x 5 OHP and 70kg x 3 on bench. See how much I can improve them. My beat squat was like 2.5pl for a single, best DL was 3.25pl for a single
similar here. I hope I don't get my blue belt this year but I do wanna git gud. wanna learn muay thai at some point but no idea how if I'm doing 3-5x bjj and 4x lifting each week
Hit 1/2/3/4, I haven't lifted seriously since before the pandemic so it'll probably take me the year to accomplish. I was a lot mentally happier when I was lifting regularly though, the aesthetics are not the important part, it's the mental health gains
Show off your psychological scars as if you're showing them a cool bug or a scab and don't ever, ever, ever, ever agree with someone denigrating you to your face about it. Internalize your own self-confidence until resistance is met with confusion, laughter, or anger if they persist.
I'm fricking moronic.
Just figured out I was failing chin ups instead of pullups the past 8 months.
Think I should be really close to getting a pull up but the chinup is gonna take a while.

1st thing I want to crack is 1 pullup and then start working my way to 10.
Drop several more pounds and stay consistent.
Fat.
Need to lose another 20 to 30 pounds to get where I was able to do chinups before.
But, my shoulders have been shit this whole year & negs & hangs are best I'm able to do right now.

idk. i turned 36 this year and would honestly just like to get back to and maintain my younger athleticism and flexibility. anyone got some good 10-15min stretch routines i could start incorporating?
Good news, you're at an age now where TRT isn't a bad option. More good news, you'll feel 16 again once you hop on.
Bad news, you're probably a cuck who refuses modern day medicine and will more than likely wilt away to nothing over the next 5-10 years. The choice is yours fren.

100kg ohp from 80. I went up by 20kg this year and I’m hoping to keep that going. I’m also hoping for 120+ bench from a current max of 105. My all time is 115 tho so it should be possible. Some fire pussy would go hard too
teach me pls my ohp is stuck at 10x 50kg and 1x 60kg
no matter how much i increase my 50kg reps my 60 kg reps don't increase
i could press 60kg when i only could do 5 reps of 50
something is wrong
the weirdest thing is i lose strength if i only train heavy singles
I've tried multiple a day even, bulgarian style but it just doesn't work
I can’t believe i’ve seen this image 7 years in a row now and still haven’t succeeded. The first years I laughed at the people saying they’ll never make it.
I'm pretty muscular but like 20% bf or something. I want to cut to like 5-10% or so. Gains are given otherwise. But I want to be able to do some impressive things like handstand pushups, flags, etc too
>Cut down to 200-215 >Work out neck to line up with my jawline >Noticable pecs and lats without flexing >Propose to gf >Get into nursing school >Make 100k this year at current job
OHP 1 plaete
Bench press 2 plaete
Lat pulldown 150kg
nevermind squat/dl, my back is fricked
Also 1800 elo in chess, 2000 would be nice but I doubt I can crack it
gf?
Getting down to 200lbs
I've already started 5:2 IF and lifting, and know for a fact that I can stick to it so by this time next year I should be looking a lot better
Although the cursemark of my past sins will always be with me (stretch marks)
>bench press 225 for 5 reps. I am at 1 rep now >squat 3 plates for 5 reps. i am at 2 plates. >deadlift 5 plates for 1 rep, i am at 4 > start training judo
Getting a girlfriend and regular sex (your pic related)
Running 2024 km (this year so far I've done more)
Some weight training
Some road cycling
If it wasn't for full-time employment I would have been exercising and reading books all the time
Get down to 160-165lbs at 5'8" (currently ~178lbs)
Lift at least 3 times a week, calisthenics and heavy bag work on off days.
Get rid of my man boobs and flabby thighs/abs
Look like this, except not white or gay
I’m going to >Go from 292lbs at 6’2” back down to 195 this time next year >get my pull-ups back up to over 10 reps, will train actually often and get them to over 15 reps >first msucle up >get my push-ups back up to 60 reps >get my bench back to 250lbs, will take me longer than 2024 to get it to 315 again >OHP back to 205lbs >deadlift back to 450lbs >be able to run 3 miles again and be at a point I do this a few days a week >fix ankles and flat feet >build huge hands (already have huge hands and wrists, want to do what relentlessRoger did on youtube) >thicker neck >tattoo removal (counts, has to do with aesthetics)
Non fitness/health related >Get a job >if not in desired field and just something like retail, get 2-3 jobs >get savings up, pay off the little debt I have >figure out how to make more money either get into field I want via apprenticeship or something else, perhaps join military once helathy enough >start some social media to hopefully make me money, if able to get $2500/month from this job military for me will grow it to 3x that over time
Going back to university. I just want to lose weight and preferably walk around 75-80kg and win gold or at least silver at my national boxing tournament. If both those things can happen next year, regardless of my success with women I'll genuinely be so proud of myself
I'm revisiting Joe Friel's Cyclist's Training Bible now and the first step in forming a training plan, which I'm doing today, is to state your goals, so here they are:
Complete one bike race (I'm new to that)
Complete one public multi-day ride (TBD)
Complete one 5+ day tour averaging 80+ miles per day (I have a few ideas for this one)
Non-cycling goals:
3 consecutive muscle-ups on the rings
Get down to 140 lbs in the summer which will be <15% bf
It's hard for me to imagine someone making 125k and being so unhappy. Literally just think about what you want to do and go do it. Nothing is stopping you. Now is the time to brainstorm some goals and make a plan for actualizing them in the coming year. Not wishes, but real attainable goals that will challenge you and make you grow. If you can't think of any goals, maybe you should sit down with a pencil and paper and write out where you'd like to be in 5 years, and work backwards from there. What do you need to achieve in 2024 to be on track to make it to where you want to be in 5 years? Good luck, bro.
$125k is nothing dude
i make a little under $200k and my wife makes a little over $500k. doesn’t bring us much happiness - we have to work almost all the time to maintain it and a house in our area costs $2M+ so it’s not like it goes as far as you’re thinking it does
you feel empty because you have failed your prime directive - reproduction. Dont be a genetic failure. You exist because your ancestors crawled through 50,000 freezing winters of gore and filth to produce you, so that you could do...what again?
Get slightly leaner 10-8% body fat (at 10-12 currently).
Be lean at 190-185 (currently 175&super depleted, prob 180 atm not depleted)
+50lbs to barbell incline bench (225 currently for reps)
Significantly improve side delts (more volume)
Add an inch to my arms
Add an inch to my neck
Start doing abs to see if I can get deeper cuts and start doing more forearm/calve work.
45lbs bicep curl for reps to 55lbs
Max out the hamstring curl machine at my gym, get close on leg extensions.
Kiss a girl and meet gf or wife
I started with the bar in February, I was very weak, around 130lbs 60kg, my goal was to reach 1pl8 bench and I did it.
I guess my goal for 2024 is to reach 2 plates.
Depends on you weight.
1-2lbs per week is the "typical" speed at which most will lose weight.
You want to drop 10%, so based on how much your 22% weighs will determine how quickly you'll lose that weight. Keep in mind there's plateauing and all that fun stuff.
The heavier you are, the more total lbs you'll need to drop, which will mean more time needed to lose weight.
Good luck anon.
>get out of fugue state I've been in for three years >drop 30lbs >get as close to 1/2/3/4 as possible >get to a 20m 5k >get back into jiu jitus. >get better at rollerblading and join a rollerhockey league >get into volleyball for the summer maybe >turn 27, call my ex to honor marriage-pact made five years ago (she's married already, dunno why I'm calling but it's in character for me to do it) >maybe get a new job >enroll in master's program >get a little side-money coming in >maybe buy a house >if things don't workout with current girl, find me a taller one that isn't such an utter coward >reinvent my life or join the club basically
i want to shoulder a 150lb sandbag, which would be a little bit over my bodyweight. getting 12 pull ups in a row would be very cool. and i want to continue rehabbing my hip flexor and shoulder so i can finally bench and cycle again without pain. not fitness related, but i'd like to get my drivers licence and a used car to stop relying on public transport.
>reach 12% body fat percentage >develop hobbies besides gaming >write a book >graduate college
I would also throw like being more social in there but I want to be proud of myself. Then I will put myself out there. Will it happen, prob not, but at least I tried.
Make my ass big and start a femboy onlyfans in one of several efforts to escape wagie hell.
All I have at home is a 25lbs kettlebell and I only go to the gym proper when a buddy of mine sporadically wants a lifting partner, so I'll need to get some weights for home or- god forbid- actually get a membership instead of leeching on guest passes.
>Get to 75 kg (close enough I might hit it before NYE) >Get a girlfriend/be able to have sex with women without paying for it (no idea, it just seems so random)
I guess it wouldn’t be so bad if I could get it out of my system except I’m essentially on forced NoFap because porn legitimately makes me rage now where instead of trying to bust a nut I want to reach through the screen and rip out the dude’s guts then strangle him with them. Especially amateur/homemade stuff. I don’t get it, I didn’t feel like this until like 3 months ago when I started losing weight/working out.
Staying consistent, getting leaner, getting better at cooking and just getting better health in general through exercise/eating - can't wait for summer to go on ROONS shirtless and mogging everyone with ottermode aesthetics
>literally haven't gotten a gf in 6 years.
Mostly because I work from home and I'm never around women I need a plant to socialmax. I am considering bouldering but I'm missing two fingers on my right hand from an accident and use a metal claw to do pull ups. Not sure if I can do bouldering lol
What are so other hobbies activities I can try?
why is the botnet generating this posts about literal cripples all a-sudden?
>Clean bulk to 190 >Continue to practice my two sword style so I can dunk on some HEMAgays next Ren Faire >Get a gf before I turn 30 in September and escape unironic wizardom

I have goals bigger, harder and more time consumming than fitness so just mantaining would be fine. But I'll try to gain 3kg of lean body mass by the end of 2024. It's realistic and I would look fantastic.
Get to <15% BF and <15 stone
Hope that underneath the decades of body fat theres something vaguely decent looking under it, and if not just keep losing weight just to see what twisted wreckage lies beneath
Finally getting 1/2/3/4, right now I'm at 0.75/1.5/2/3 at 170lbs bw
I'm really going to do it this year, I might even follow a real program instead of making up my own
to start doing squats and pushups again, my body is getting used to my construction labor job, and my core and shoulders have started getting solid, but im a chestlet, and have sort of weak legs.
goal is to min-max my body with protein heavy diet and giga bloatmaxxing once every 4 months for 2-3 weeks
30sec freestand handstand
455 deadlift would be neat
Getting a 'sleeper' build physique.

Pretty based idea, ngl
>I just want to be a normal looking dude who can be crazy strong when he needs to be.
Why not be a strong dude who also looks like a strong dude? Do you have some weird insecurity that when people see you, they will place expectations upon you that you cannot live up to?
nta, but stop exposing me like that
Just tearing the band aid off.
Lol, I love this

With that "set yourself up for failure" attitude you will always be weak and you will never be "crazy strong". Not even anything approaching "strong", actually.
In fact you will get strength-mogged by every obese black woman, despite going to the gym for a year.
>Getting a 'sleeper' build physique.
This is basically any beginner strength program, like Starting Strength. You end up being much stronger than you look.
most autistic post of the month. Gratz anon.
wow, this was the gayest post i've read in a long time, also
>didnt even start going to the gym
lmao
>What are your IST goals for 2024?
Just lifting regularly again. I thought it would be a 4pl8 deadlift, but I got that in 7 training sessions starting back from 2pl8s, so just any consistency in training will get me back to the 6pl8 squats&deadlifts I had in 2018.
Dunno, don't care - I just lift, bro.
2pl8 pullups
1pl8 ohp
3pl8 squat
started working out this September, currently doing 6 bw pullups and 45kg ohp for reps
I think my goals are pretty realistic for the end of 2024
Seems pretty unbalanced? 2pl8 pullups for reps is wayyy more impressive than 1pl8 ohp or 3pl8 squat
i care way more about pullups and back than I do for anything else
I started November and I'm at 40kg ohp. Also aiming for 1pl8.
I believe in us bro!
Sub 40min 10k, which honestly I don't think I have in me since after running regularly for 8 months only managed to go from 47 to high 43.
>3pl8 for 5 benchpress
>Have sex with every woman on Earth
That's about it
Sobriety. No cigarettes. Less sugar. Less caffeine. Going in extra hard on the hammys & forearms this year
The most pathetic "goals" I've ever seen.
literally stop going here
1/2/3/5 and 20 pull ups
4 is bad luck
Wassup meesta
Find a gf that actually likes me and not with me just because of my huge dong ;_;
Start lifting regularly again and gain up to a healthy bmi so I won't spend another year as a spooky skelly

getting the mental fitness to succeed in committing suicide so im not facing the end of 2024 with yet another completely wasted year
That's a paradox, by the time you have a fit mental state to commit you'll see the reasons to keep living, even if it's to spite someone else

I've tried multiple a day even, bulgarian style but it just doesn't work
not that guy, but I pushed my OHP up to 62.5kg from 45 over lockdown by doing OHP daily or every two days with 1kg increments.
It's just frequency in the exercise bro.
Right now i've dropped to 60kg but i've also lost about 20kg and I'm doing weighted chinups for the first time when I could never do chin ups before.
Running 5km sub 30min.
Me too Fren ! Good luck Godspeed
I can’t believe i’ve seen this image 7 years in a row now and still haven’t succeeded. The first years I laughed at the people saying they’ll never make it.
dont worry, theres still space on the pic for more years
Get in shape. I'm past 1/2/3/4 but I got fat. I want to have an eight pack and go to the beach and feel like I've made it again.
>loses 1234 in the process and then bulks again
>the eternal devil's game of fitness has begun
just stay lean all year round
I'm not a teenager man. I have a career and a family. I enjoy lifting and lifting requires some bodyfat to be good at it.
Hitting 10% of BF (currently on 15%).
Gain at least more 5kg of muscle.
This is the first year in my entire life that I had <20% of BF. Best shape in my life and counting
Locking +90kg chin up im sub 70 or sub 72.5 kg category
I'm pretty muscular but like 20% bf or something. I want to cut to like 5-10% or so. Gains are given otherwise. But I want to be able to do some impressive things like handstand pushups, flags, etc too
>Cut down to 200-215
>Work out neck to line up with my jawline
>Noticable pecs and lats without flexing
>Propose to gf
>Get into nursing school
>Make 100k this year at current job
OHP 1 plaete
Bench press 2 plaete
Lat pulldown 150kg
nevermind squat/dl, my back is fricked
Also 1800 elo in chess, 2000 would be nice but I doubt I can crack it
gf?
5 minute horse stance
I'm actually gonna try next year
I have rejected kisses in the past
Around 500 lb squat, 500+ deadlift, 275+ bench. OHP will end up where it does, I have no goal in mind for it.
have friends
Getting down to 200lbs
I've already started 5:2 IF and lifting, and know for a fact that I can stick to it so by this time next year I should be looking a lot better
Although the cursemark of my past sins will always be with me (stretch marks)
>bench press 225 for 5 reps. I am at 1 rep now
>squat 3 plates for 5 reps. i am at 2 plates.
>deadlift 5 plates for 1 rep, i am at 4
> start training judo
Getting a girlfriend and regular sex (your pic related)
Running 2024 km (this year so far I've done more)
Some weight training
Some road cycling
If it wasn't for full-time employment I would have been exercising and reading books all the time
Get down to 160-165lbs at 5'8" (currently ~178lbs)
Lift at least 3 times a week, calisthenics and heavy bag work on off days.
Get rid of my man boobs and flabby thighs/abs
Look like this, except not white or gay
IM GONNA MAKE IT IN 2024
-shed 10 kgs and work towards juicy glutes
-fast and eat clean
- calesthenics
Lower my weight to 155 lbs so I can have nice abs. Getting muscular is for homosexuals.
I’m going to
>Go from 292lbs at 6’2” back down to 195 this time next year
>get my pull-ups back up to over 10 reps, will train actually often and get them to over 15 reps
>first msucle up
>get my push-ups back up to 60 reps
>get my bench back to 250lbs, will take me longer than 2024 to get it to 315 again
>OHP back to 205lbs
>deadlift back to 450lbs
>be able to run 3 miles again and be at a point I do this a few days a week
>fix ankles and flat feet
>build huge hands (already have huge hands and wrists, want to do what relentlessRoger did on youtube)
>thicker neck
>tattoo removal (counts, has to do with aesthetics)
Non fitness/health related
>Get a job
>if not in desired field and just something like retail, get 2-3 jobs
>get savings up, pay off the little debt I have
>figure out how to make more money either get into field I want via apprenticeship or something else, perhaps join military once helathy enough
>start some social media to hopefully make me money, if able to get $2500/month from this job military for me will grow it to 3x that over time
I just want a little affection.
come here anon, daddy has some cummies for you
I want to frick a fat nerdy Asian girl who worships me
For the first time in my life not being fat.
Im 36yo.
Going back to university. I just want to lose weight and preferably walk around 75-80kg and win gold or at least silver at my national boxing tournament. If both those things can happen next year, regardless of my success with women I'll genuinely be so proud of myself
Good luck anon. You can do it!!!
No pizza
simply to stay consistent.
Everything else will follow.
Get down to 140 lbs in the summer which will be <15% bf
rolling because im empty inside and want some sort of dopamine.
Im a bit exhausted after grinding 6 years in school, work a 125k/year job for 1 year, and spend the weekends laying around and cumming into a sock.
What the frick is there in life bros. I feel dead inside, but i just took vacation for about a week and a half and feel even more slowed down.
Is this all there is in life? I hope if i take up exercise and not living in a basement then I can finally feel something again. Any advice?
Either way, merry christmas to all of you.
You exist because your ancestors crawled through 50,000 freezing winters of gore and filth to produce you, so that you could do...what again?
>do...what again?
Kill every leftist, israelite, Black person, shitskin, and anything else I feel like
Post at least 2 coomerbait threads a day
Build for big Assyrian wiener
Same shit different year. I must mog myself from previous year in every aspect. That's it.
200lbs OHP
I'm really happy to see most of you guys persue strenght goals in pull ups and dips, it really helps with aesthetics
Actually getting my ass to the gym and start that 5x5 stuff
>muscle up
>planche push up or whatever its called where its just arms
>handstand
t. 5'10 215lbs. merry christmas and happy new year!
Aim for 1/2/3/4 for year's end and develop the flexibility, core strength, and balance in order to do 10 unassisted hand stand push ups.
Pass spec ops tests on the internet
2 pl8 snatch
I started with the bar in February, I was very weak, around 130lbs 60kg, my goal was to reach 1pl8 bench and I did it.
I guess my goal for 2024 is to reach 2 plates.
To marry Asuka
Get to sub 12%bf (I'm sitting at 22% right now).
How realistic would it be to expect to reach that by April?
To hit 2/3/4/5
Depends on you weight.
1-2lbs per week is the "typical" speed at which most will lose weight.
You want to drop 10%, so based on how much your 22% weighs will determine how quickly you'll lose that weight. Keep in mind there's plateauing and all that fun stuff.
The heavier you are, the more total lbs you'll need to drop, which will mean more time needed to lose weight.
Good luck anon.
>get out of fugue state I've been in for three years
>drop 30lbs
>get as close to 1/2/3/4 as possible
>get to a 20m 5k
>get back into jiu jitus.
>get better at rollerblading and join a rollerhockey league
>get into volleyball for the summer maybe
>turn 27, call my ex to honor marriage-pact made five years ago (she's married already, dunno why I'm calling but it's in character for me to do it)
>maybe get a new job
>enroll in master's program
>get a little side-money coming in
>maybe buy a house
>if things don't workout with current girl, find me a taller one that isn't such an utter coward
>reinvent my life or join the club basically
your first step is to delete that god forsaken image from your drive and touch grass
It ain't really a touch grass thing with the way things are, but it is deleted out of whim.
i want to shoulder a 150lb sandbag, which would be a little bit over my bodyweight. getting 12 pull ups in a row would be very cool. and i want to continue rehabbing my hip flexor and shoulder so i can finally bench and cycle again without pain. not fitness related, but i'd like to get my drivers licence and a used car to stop relying on public transport.
>reach 12% body fat percentage
>develop hobbies besides gaming
>write a book
>graduate college
I would also throw like being more social in there but I want to be proud of myself. Then I will put myself out there. Will it happen, prob not, but at least I tried.
Maintaning a route for more than a month.
Exercise is so fricking boring.
1/2/3/4
bench 2 plates
not kill myself
Make my ass big and start a femboy onlyfans in one of several efforts to escape wagie hell.
All I have at home is a 25lbs kettlebell and I only go to the gym proper when a buddy of mine sporadically wants a lifting partner, so I'll need to get some weights for home or- god forbid- actually get a membership instead of leeching on guest passes.
Lose like 80ish pounds.
Be able to do 10 close to perfect form, slow push ups.
My 2024 ISTness goals are to get fit enough to find a girl I can have over to watch home alone 1 and 2 on Christmas.
Damn, that's very sweet. It's too bad girls aren't interested in such things. All they care about is getting choke-fricked by Chad.
I don't know what girls you date anon but that simply isn't true. Plenty of good girls out there, you just need to know where to look.
where do we look?
>Get to 75 kg (close enough I might hit it before NYE)
>Get a girlfriend/be able to have sex with women without paying for it (no idea, it just seems so random)
Not killing myself
And hitting 3/4, 1/2 I hit this year
Single since 2010, I've given up looking for a gf.
I think I'm just gonna try and get to see my Abs this year. Drop an extra 5-10 kg. They're almost visible.
Need to get my drivers license but getting past hazard perception is a pain for someone like me with a co-ordination disorder.
Other than that I think I might try a new hobby. Something like Hema. But either way I need to do something as I think i'm becoming a boring person.
why is the botnet generating this posts about literal cripples all a-sudden?
5 verbal mires plus 1 with touching.
If i can lose 25lbs and have abs again im gonna reward myself with a trip to costa rica or some shit
Be financially stable
30 second front lever
Twice bodyweight weighted pull up
Actually look like I lift.
pissing in reverse like ghandi
120kg squats by february or march and abs later that year
and a gf
Gave up on passing my genes down so
Hopping on steroids i guess
i probably won't get a girlfriend this year either and have honestly lost hope
might try rape this year
Grow mah hair back.
>Clean bulk to 190
>Continue to practice my two sword style so I can dunk on some HEMAgays next Ren Faire
>Get a gf before I turn 30 in September and escape unironic wizardom
>literally haven't gotten a gf in 6 years.
Mostly because I work from home and I'm never around women I need a plant to socialmax. I am considering bouldering but I'm missing two fingers on my right hand from an accident and use a metal claw to do pull ups. Not sure if I can do bouldering lol
What are so other hobbies activities I can try?
MY FIT GOAL, FOR 2024
IS TO BE ON WORKOUT CYCLE
MORE CONSISTENTLY
I have goals bigger, harder and more time consumming than fitness so just mantaining would be fine. But I'll try to gain 3kg of lean body mass by the end of 2024. It's realistic and I would look fantastic.
Get to <15% BF and <15 stone
Hope that underneath the decades of body fat theres something vaguely decent looking under it, and if not just keep losing weight just to see what twisted wreckage lies beneath
sub 12% bf for the first time ever
lets fricking GO
(and then getting 1/2/3/4 back while maintaining 12%)
I WILL NOT BE FAT
Finally getting 1/2/3/4, right now I'm at 0.75/1.5/2/3 at 170lbs bw
I'm really going to do it this year, I might even follow a real program instead of making up my own
Kill every Black person on earth
try to stay alive, my dad was almost dead of heart disease already at my age. Swim a few times a week, cycling, walking, sexual circus
Actually lift and do PPL. I think I can track calories good enough without a food scale.
to start doing squats and pushups again, my body is getting used to my construction labor job, and my core and shoulders have started getting solid, but im a chestlet, and have sort of weak legs.
goal is to min-max my body with protein heavy diet and giga bloatmaxxing once every 4 months for 2-3 weeks
I want to reach the blue barbells for DB bench press
Get lean and not care about trying to progress in terms of what I’m lifting
you only needed three words to state this:
>become
>a
>homosexual
To lose enough weight and get fit enough to be comfortable.
