Just fry up 2-3 eggs and drop in a box of pureed tomatoes, add salt and some Italian herbs and chili flakes if you're feeling spicy. Quick, easy and cheap. Just don't add the tomatoes before the egg has been fried into sheets, tried this once because I was a moron and wanted it all done faster and it turned into a hot mess of eggy granules floating around in tomato sauce.

Eat it as breakfast today and I didn't feel hungry all day at all. I find it weird because I always do the same but with half the oats and get hungry after 2~3 hours didn't expect another serving of oats to make that much of a difference.

Lamb, beef, pork, all in a variety of different cuts. Why limit yourself to chicken breast? The good thing about meat (other than chicken) is that you don't need sides with it. If you want the extra carbs can always do potatoes tho.
Actually don't need sides with chicken either. Just slice chicken breasts thin and cook them up, season with salt while cooking, has good flavour and isn't bland.
