    The better you look the less healthy you are, this is because the work and stress put into your diet and fitness goals overpower the benefits you would normally get. Also strongman and powerlifting is a meme, just because you can deadlift 2000lbs doesn’t mean shit for strength because it’s only one type of movement that you’ve likely trained for a very long time.     You CAN grow taller.
    But the stimulus is hard to achieve. For example, your spine, legs, etc, they're all made for receiving impact. But I think that you need to aim for a perpetually faster roon. Progressing from a jog into a long sprint. And ALWAYS increase the speed. A state of overtraining is good too, the more muscle and cartilage loss the better, all the impact is going to your bones and none is being absorbed by soft tissue.
    I think it'd be good to undereat during this period too.
    There's somethings to define, like duration of the experiment

    idk why but if i go to Deadlift in the morning i can lift 10 kg more 1rm than in the evening or at noon
    if i jerk off my morning wood or have sex with gf before gym my performance is the same as in the evening
    idk what causes it but i think maybe test levels are lower in the evening than in the morning and sex lowers them too
    my theory is, that sex is the accomplishment you want as a human

Like eating bread is a horrible idea for protein but bread with some milk or an egg or meat unlocks the protein for you to use because the leucine allows the rest to be used for organ and muscle repair

    if i got to the gym the day after a night out, i will be able to sweat out literally anything and not feel like complete shit
    it has a 100% success rate, even with shit like MDMA so i guess its not that schizo

    Working out is unhealthy and muscle is the body's way of adapting to the stress. In fact, the body will cannibalize muscle if you stop working out for a period of time because it thinks excessive mass is useless. All hunter gatherer tribes that still exist aren't huge and they barely exert themselves. At most they walk for miles when hunting but never run as it depletes glycogen. Exercise is just cope for the shit diets we eat and because most people are ugly.
