    That'll be around 7:30 generally so I've got 3-4 hours to digest before hitting the sack. You know eating before bed is bad for you, right?

    If ik taking it easy it's a big moka pit of on sale coffee, 3-4 shots of liquor, a beer or 2, and a chicken or steak sandwich with fries or preferably fried chicken. Or some kind of 1000 calorie meal almost an hour before and a bunch of beer so I don't get hungry mid workout.

    Before workout I eat some carbs, might be a PB&J or some sweets. Afterwards, a proper meal with a large amount of protein, usually whatever I got cooked in advance. Yesterday it was chicken curry, today it'll be pollock shepherd's pie.
