        Gratitude can be anything prayer journaling but you just say stuff you are grateful for used to travel to some bumfrick parts of North Africa For family and you realize how lucky you are for some of the shit you have vs they don’t

    Taking daily cold showers helps me deal with stress and restlessness

    Putting myself through discomfort and coming out the other side gives me a sense of accomplishment that lasts the rest of the day

    I play music, it's very relaxing because you don't really have to use your brain. I also just sit in my garden and watch the birds if it's sunny.

    If I'm stressed? I do something about it so I don't have to be stress.
    If I'm stressed at work, I try to fix the situation.
    If I can't fix it, I try to do relaxing stuff to calm myself.

    Sauna, bath, drink alcohol, watch tv. Meditation
