That's one hell of a drug for social anxiety. You can die from withdrawals from it; you will forget shit all the time; you will potentially ruin any relationships you already have with people. I have social anxiety too, and I know how crippling it can be, but this will make your life worse in the long run. There are other solutions. And yes, you will be weaker in the gym while you're on it.
can you elaborate on how it ruins relationships? also i make it a point to only take it maybe twice a week at most so i think ill be fine dependncy wise
also why would you lose memory
Believe me you got the panic attack emergency super tablet there, would will not be able to take it only 2 times a week. I once had one Tablet of clonszepan here, still to this day I remember how blissful it was and how I want it back, same with oxycodone.
You ruin your relationships because something happens in your brain that fries your decision making you can be as mentally strong as you want, it will defeat you and you will lose
Exposure therapy is much better. You will become addicted to those frickers and you will be MUCH worse off when you have to come off them. If you think your anxiety is bad now, you're in for a real treat once you get to experience benzo withdrawals
I second exposure therapy. It worked for me, it worked for my mate, and it will work for OP. You don't have to see a therapist. just do it yourself and be less of a pussy each time. Much better than drugging yourself, because you'll actually become someone confident and worthy of admiration instead of a drug-reliant lesser version of who you currently are.
You'll get dementia, your baseline anxiety levels will increase 100x, your memory will get fricked, 0 recreational value, you'll get physically addicted in like a month of use.
There are better ways (with drugs or otherwise) to deal with social anxiety. If you must use a substance you're better off with alcohol even, honestly.

I've been on benzos for social anxiety for years now. Just don't take more than one a week and you'll be good.
Finally tapered off after being on 2 mg a day for 5 years. Only 3 meds left of a total of 6!

Please use therapy or self guided exposure therapy instead of drugging yourself w benzos bro. It may feel like it's "helping" short term but I've seen too many friends and ppl turn into bartards. It makes you think everything is fine or you're sober on it, while you're falling down, pissing on yourself or starting random fights, ppl turn into zombies
Ever heard of the rebound effect? It's very strong with benzos and drugs that affect GABA, your anxiety will rebound when you’re sober and be even worse than before for a period, leading to a vicious cycle where only the drugs can take away your anxiety and bad feelings.
Even if you gotta smoke weed it's better for you than bars and opiates. Alcohol and pharmaceuticals have their responsible uses, but they are also ways for people to kill themselves slowly
