What can I focus on exercise-wise to make myself wider?

What can I focus on exercise-wise to make myself wider? I have sucrose intolerance so I don’t put on weight that sugar normally causes for almost everyone else. I’ve been working since May so I’m not a complete DYEL even if I don’t look like it.

    After that, training your chest, shoulders and lats should give you a more pronounced V-taper. But obviously don't neglect any other part of your body or you're just going to look weird and have weird proportions

    i used to be a skelebro like you. then i took a

    to the knee. i recommend starting with white rice, make a frick ton of it and sit down, and eat as much as you possibly can in one sitting. if you get full, keep eating. once you start to feel nauseous, keep eating. you have to mentally fortify yourself while you eat to keep the urge to vomit down.

    thats the only way you are going to train yourself to eat more if you cant do it gradually, your digestive tract is just like your muscles. its small, its weak, it cant handle it. so you have to FORCE that shit to grow and adapt to MORE food. and white rice is cheap as dirt, mostly water and glycogen, and easily digestible. so you wont experience terrible gastric distress outside of the bloating and stomach pain from the stretching and distention. competitive eaters do the same shit but with water and grapes, because they are low calorie. you dont want that though, you need calories. so rice is a great choice

    enjoy the suffering, the road ahead will be perilous and filled with strife... but the rewards at the end shall be all you have ever wanted.

        yeah i would imagine it would, more dense carbs anyway and still pretty easily digestible. i just say rice because thats what i did, and it felt like i could eat more rice sooner because a lot of it is just water. and water is like the easiest thing to digest. with pasta you can also add protein pretty easily and make all sorts of shit thats delicious and appetizing, spaghetti with meatballs, or just meat sauce. chicken rigatoni, chicken fettucini, macaroni and cheese.

      And of course this should be evident but just to stress the importance, go to the gym and lift hard at least 3x a week. If you half ass your training the extra calories are just going to make you skinnyfat

    On the topic of eating more, is it better to eat before or after a planned work out? Like I prefer to do the lifts and then binge on chicken nuggets and milk so I don't feel sick from being too full while exercising.

    Get some more calories in your diet first
    If you drink morning coffe, add spoon of butter to it
    If you eat morning eggs with toasts, put some butter on the toasts
    If you go to supermarket, buy yourself a croissant randomly and banana or avocado
    A skinny guy like you needs to eat like crazy, i was about same frame as you when i was 17 and weighted just 54kg, im 76kg now at 23 but i literally had to force myself to eat most of the time to get here

    Second, if you want to make yourself "wider" do a lot of lats, shoulders and long head of the biceps, also neck and traps

    Third, it might be hormonal disbalance, look up any zinc, vitD ad Magnesium supplements or just straight up testosterone boosters, worked for but you'll feel horny as frick 24/7 so be careful as to not frick up your brain with coomer virus
