I recently got a Steelcase Think. Really happy with it after sitting on a shitty Ikea chair for years.
I got a great deal from a company which buys up used office furniture after companies go bankrupt. I paid only 90 bucks for a 400 euro office chair. So maybe look for some similar businesses in your area
Use an exercise ball, it's one of the only chairs that keeps you a bit active while you sit. Sitting still for a while is gonna frick your back no matter what, so the ball can help combat that.
its a more natural way to sit that doesnt hurt spine as much and doesnt put nearly as much pressure on the ass and lower back
healthiest position to sit is like greco romans did by leaning on the chair, think of the ottoman, semi lying down
sitting uptight like the left picture for prolonged amounts of time is recipe for lower back problems and hemorrhoids
herman miller embody
too poor? stand. poverty frick. type s to spit on sub 200k/yr makers.
The Aeron is perfectly fine. You don't need the Embody. Look for wholesale deals on Craigslist. As offices liquidate they sell a lot of them.

herman miller chairs are the only ones you'll ever need.
buy an expensive chair that has separate regulation of different parts of your back like this homosexual suggested
Or buy a chair that only touches pic related part of your back, because all backs are different.
Also, excersise and keep your back flexible.

buy a recaro or bride seat and screw it on a stand
this is just being a gaming chair manchild with extra steps
yes, and a couple extra thousand more and far less practical and probably less comfortable
No back rest
anyone else use a "big and tall" chair? i'm not fat but those things are pretty comfy
Sitting in general fricks up your back. Standing desk with walking treadmill is the only way

Lazy boy recliner, wireless keyboard and mouse, big screen tv
I do enough heavy deadlifts and squats for my core to never let me down while sitting for 8 hours.
Steelcase Leap v2 from Crandall so you're not sitting in other peoples' farts
Steelcase or Herman Miller, spend the money, they last basically forever.
right is unironically healthier
how?

homie just squat in your chair
it's the absolute healthiest way of doing it and it's so natural babies instinctively do it
No arm rests
No "lumbar support" bullshit
Solid wooden seat
Thats all you need
These modern ergonomic seats cause all sorts of issues
But what the hell do I care
sit on the floor
Steelcase Gesture or as others said one of the higher end Herman Miller
