Seroquel causes diabetes. Take it from me I was on it and got huge and had to get off it and got put on metformin. Get off that stuff asap.

I'm sure there's more to it but your urge to urinate calibrates based on how full your bladder is when you urinate. When I was trucking I didn't get the urge to pee until I had to piss nearly a liter. When I stopped trucking and had the luxury of pissing whenever, I began to feel like I needed to piss much more often.
