You should only have cheat meals during festivals, weddings, birthdays, celebrations in general. If you dislike your diet to the point where you need to schedule those in you're fricking up. If that's you, sit down and write down your favorite meals. See what you can make at least 80% as tasty for a different amount of calories, what you can use to scratch that same itch, and what you should leave for special occasions. If you base your diet on that it'll be piss easy to bulk or cut

You are allowed a cheat day at your leisure after you get done with a fast. The fast ensures you won't attempt to make it a habit nor gain weight.

I stopped doing cheat meals a while ago. I now do once a month carb refeeds @ 10-15% over maintenance calories. My fav refeed foods are spaghetti + marinara and raspberry jam + English muffins.
I fast every sunday for an OMAD cheat meal at night 1000 cals above my weekday cut intake.
Already lost 70+ pounds by doing that without having to stop enjoying food and I'm almost reaching my 15% BF target, can't wait for the bulking phase for more freedom to make room for my fatass soul.

I've been focusing on protein and healthy carbs.
I am building a stock pile of ice cream. Also need some garbage cereal and instant noodles. I will be doing this for a month as an experiment and monitoring my blood glucose and blood pressure because I'm paranoid and can't get past the mental block that this diet will kill me.
