    I rarely eat in morning because it makes me feel sick to eat too early in the day. I usually eat around 3-4pm in afternoon.
    If I do end up eating in the morning, it's usually on some oregano, cream cheese, olives, tomato and cucumber manoosh with a drizzle of olive oil. So a ''fresh'' type of cheese and veggies over thin, toasty bread with herbs...

    God knows I'm fookin shredded and looking great and healthy and fookin lean most of the day but God also knows and cursed me into being a strenghtlet despite blessing me with great diet and qesthetics discipline to eat fookin clean...
