I made katsudon. Dinner last night was chicken katsu with pickled veggies and cabbage, and I always make extra when I'm deep frying because I've already heated the oil.

I rarely eat in morning because it makes me feel sick to eat too early in the day. I usually eat around 3-4pm in afternoon.
If I do end up eating in the morning, it's usually on some oregano, cream cheese, olives, tomato and cucumber manoosh with a drizzle of olive oil. So a ''fresh'' type of cheese and veggies over thin, toasty bread with herbs...
