I have 3 upper body days a week and do NOTHING for legs except kettlebell swings, yet my legs still dwarf my upper body.

      Calves are under strain all day, they are always engaged. If you want to build them, you need to go way heavier and way more reps than most other muscle groups.
      Also though, genetics for inserts are a huge factor and some guys just have shit genes for it

    How many a days per week are you doing KB swings?
    I used to do Pavels Simple & Sinister and maybe will again once im bored used to do 500 swings a week it just got... boring

    Why is OP lying about kettlebell swings building up his legs? I do 100 1 handed swings in 1 go with a 24kg and it just gave me a strong torso below the chest my legs are skinny still.

      1 hang swings are moronic. Also you're most likely just swinging the KB and not absolutely exploding it up with your ass. I never do more than 10-12 swings a set, either superset with something else or I'll do every minute on the minutes for 20-30 minutes
