        I don't understand, what kind of result do you want? Do you want to look more feminine? Then you could start with squats, glute bridges. Idk how this troony shit works but it might be worth gaining weight if you want more fat dsitribution in your chest/ass. In which case you should avoid cardio for now.

        The more I look at this photo the worse the interior design looks. Empty glass on the floor, clothes everywhere, unused desk, fake plant. It's actually a fairly nice room with good natural light, but needs a clean really fricking badly. Not sure about the use of shelf space, the whole area just seems badly thought out.

      Like I said earlier this thread, I probably have dysmorphia. My proportions feel totally fricked up to me. Biceps too big compared to the rest, weirdly wide upper body and shoulders, big unsightly ribcage and decent hips with big legs coupled with a somewhat small waist that makes all the other things look larger. That's what it looks like to me.

            if you dont like it, hop on the standard girl routine. maybe 2-3 sets of pulldowns and shoulder presser per week, rest is focused on lower body. Hip abduction, hip thrust, back extension, abs, squats, set ups, walking lunges. should sort your ass out in no time
