They mean that they'd rather spend their evenings at the bar than at the gym, and they don't want to cut out alcohol.

dancing at a club for four hours after a day of other thin people activities is a great way to stay fit while not being around incels

the one i go to most charges a cover because so many aren't there for liquid calories and they have good entertainment. not many fat people go because they don't serve food

most people just want to "feel good" as in be conformtable, working out and a strict diet doesn't make you feel good, for most people at least

A body you cannot achieve while having a family, normal job, responsibilities. It is more or less a cope to excuse their lack of discipline, but also some truth to it as their spare time is significantly cut down. Their 'unrealistic' don't take much work to achieve and would be doable for almost everyone by working out weekends and not eating unhealthy (which they can all do).

An unrealistic body is something you can't achieve. For women, that's skinny with big, natural breasts.
Ops body has fake breasts so it's realistic.

Theoretically an "unrealistic" body refers to something that cannot be maintained for extended periods of time and/or is only technically possible in good lighting, positioning, and camera trickery. Imagine being ready for a bodybuilding competition 24/7. It's just not feasible.
More often though it just means "anyone who looks better than me" lol.

Photoshop, anavar (don't have to look like an obvious varbie to be on anavar, it can be achievable natty but they take short cuts when they get paid to look that way), obvious cut abs on a woman year round is bad for hormones and fertility (this level is okay and maintainable though), plastic surgery, filters, different genetics, different skintone (tanned people look more cut), posing and for fitness influencers it's their job to look that way. I don't want to get plastic surgery, don't want to get on PEDs, female fitness influencers tend to have smaller hips and smaller ribcage and I don't want to risk skin cancer or do the fake tan meme. I can still look good, just not like the pics of some instathot.

They mean the classic archetypal silhouette that is mostly reliant on bones and genetics. Any man can be jacked and any woman can be thin if they aren't lazy, but frame and fat distribution decide before you are even born whether you will ever attain the photogenic Greek god or Amazon supermodel look. It is fundamentally a cope for not having the willpower to get fit, but there is some truth that expecting to be able look like he-man is unrealistic for most of the population.

they're fat and flabby themselves, and because it's unrealistic FOR THEM to achieve it, they want to pretend it's just not humanly realistically possible at all (unless you starve yourself!!)

what they mean is unnatainable. her breasts are way too big for that fat percentage. possible if you have fricking 1% genes or opt for surgery. ass is questionable too, but that you can at least get at the gym. basically her physique is attanable if you are very lucky and rich, never had to work very hard, never got fat even once (as that would stretch her breasts).

They mean "unrealistic for them" because it means they might have to actually work hard for it.
