What do you do besides working out? I have no social life whatsoever nor hobbies.
It's groundhog day every day.

Work two jobs. Have a wife. Hang with buddies. I golf a lot as well.
Favorite course? I played arrowhead last this year for the first time and it was incredible.
>2 jobs
>wife
>friends
>golf a lot
you’re lying about 2 of these things. no way you have time for that shit working 2 jobs
One job is full time 40 hours a week. The other is twice a week in the evenings. I still have my weekends free. Having a home gym is the only way I can make room for lifting though.
>I have no social life whatsoever nor hobbies
working out is one of your hobbies. Why don't you try some type of competitive event like running a race, cross country, mountain bike race, mud run. There will a lot of people and you can creep them out.
Youtube, porn, app games, repeat. No one ever loved me. Also crypto. Lost a fortune. Used to be in the top 1% of my age group
Job, wife, hockey team, skiing, snow machining, dogs… in no particular order
I work rotating shift work but right now I walk around the city, drive to the mountains and hike/climb/try to snowboard, play magic the gathering Monday and Tuesday with a big group of people at a brewery, go to shows, go out with a girl I’ve been seeing, read, cook, or play vidya. No kids life is pretty good in its own way.
I've figured out that time goes slow when you do different things and have interest adventures and different relationships with people on a regular basis. Like 1 year can feel like 3 years when you look back on it because so many different things happened it feels like a lifetime of experiences condensed. It has the effect of time dilation.
Whereas if you do the same thing everyday, like just waking up, surfing the net all day, then going to sleep, day after day, time goes really fast in hindsight. 1 year feels like only 3 months went past when you get to the end of the year. Everyday is a carbon copy of the previous, it feel like just 1 really long day.
Damn you're absolutely right.
Lifting, running, trails, cycling, swimming...oh...

Get drunk with my best mate Friday nights, walk the dog, play golf, and fish. (Not at the same time tho')
I play music in pseudo-pro local bands (paid gigs but volonteering). Mind you: despite being a socially inept recluse and depressed NEET I manage to be on the first person basis with almost 200 people. Sometimes gigs make me think in the moment that we're all in the same set for reps.
*first name basis, obviously.
whats the best way to find a band?
For me? Big percussion classes with tenths of people. Found the next musically related guys there.
