Eat the least toxic, most nutrient dense food possible. That would be eggs, milk, and meat.

Notice I'm the first person replying to you, anon?
It's because as someone with an aspie brother, I feel compassion for you. The best advice I can give you, when you think you've got someone's number and feel the urge to be aggro, is to stop, take a breath, and with humility realize that you may be missing some important social cues.

Do a prolonged fast. Fasting causes autophagy, the process of the body breaking down misfolded proteins and cellular anomalies (cancerous growths). Fasting also causes a better functioning of the immune system by improving the function of leukocytes. Fasting also causes the production of BDNF which helps the brain improve regulation of hormones.

      Intermittent fasting.

You have to fast for 5+ days to cause autophagy as a human. The 16 hour fast mene or whatever it is was taken from a mouse study and doesn't work for humans

Have a good immune system and body free of toxins, avoid excess sugar consumption it feeds the beast, avoid contact with carcinogenics to minimize ur risk, other than that nobody actually know how ur body reacts to cancer cells, some people where in late stages went on a trip to diacover the world just the fact that they got happier killed all their cancer cells

Try to live in the woods and live off the land, probably the least contaminated areas in the world.
