What do you do when you realize you have zero interests or passions besides lifting and scrolling?

What do you do when you realize you have zero interests or passions besides lifting and scrolling? I’ve started and stopped so many interests and hobbies that I feel like a shell of a human. For each “passion” I’ve looked into, I’ve convinced myself that it’s just another waste of time and go back to lifting, games and scrolling. I keep looking for that interest to give my life some meaning but it doesn’t stay.

    Lifting-adjacent hobbies are pretty good.
Besides that, just make the most out of going to the gym and lifting. The gym is a social place despite what the homosexuals and incels here will tell you. Chat with people, become a friendly face around the place, and realize that there's nothing wrong with having lifting as a passion, despite what demoralization crabs will tell you.

Frick off I'm at the gym to make gainz. I lost one of my friends because he though working out together meant taking 15 minute tests between sets to talk about future parties.

        >WAHH poor me, I'm a loser with no friends and no hobbies
        >Frick off with your advice, I want to be an antisocial c**t.

Dont feel bad for not having hobbies. You lift so youre relatively healthy. If youre lonely make smalltalk with people. Maybe its a confidence thing. Do things that make you happy, become confident, smile at strangers. This will boost your confidence and and attract people. Enjoy the ride bro

There is nothing wrong with that and if that is what you are in to then do it for the rest of your life and enjoy it. Be your self anon. However, just guessing here since its IST. What you are looking for is probably friends and someone else to enjoy your hobbies with. You say you are looking for a interest to give your life some meaning, but you are probably looking for people in your life to give it meaning. Which is 100% rational and normal. Things that seem meaningless also suddenly seems meaningful when doing it others too so keep that in mind.

Find a sport you think is fun and then use the gym to get get gains that are demanded by the sport. Prioritize flexibility more so you'll have better connective tissues and your bones won't have to take all the hard blows.

Lots of my hobbies revolve around similar things. I love hunting but you can only hunt so many days of the year, so the rest of the year I'm doing archery in my back yard, doing 3d shoots, building arrows, shooting guns, hiking, fishing, etc etc. Try to look at hobbies like that.

I'll save all the hobby searchers the trouble:

Partner dancing is the GOAT hobby.
    >Easy cardio
    >Endorphin and oxytocin booster
    >Meet tons of new people
    >Always things to improve on
    >Rewards you over time with a built skill
    >Extremely attractive to women
    >Sense of local community
    >Autist rehabilitation therapy
    >Increases your love of music

I'm convinced that if you scientifically boiled down the "best" hobby for a wide range of people that correlates with happiness and life success, dancing would come out on top.

Literally get started tonight. It doesn't matter which one. Find one close to you that looks interesting. If you don't like it try a new one.

Probably all dudes. If ur doing any hobby to find a gf, ur gonna be fricked. Times have changed, foids dont need to go out or do anything anymore. Any hot foid knows that if she wants a new chad all she has to do is post a pic on IG and into her dms they will come. The 4-6s have to go to tinder, but it still requires just sitting in their room doing nothing. Any hobby is now littered with social rejects and late bloomers trying to b more social. Enjoy dancing in a room with 15 short bald autistic guys and 1 chinese girl.

    >What do you do when you realize you have zero interests or passions besides lifting and scrolling?
Idk, I've never gotten to that point, because I constantly branch out. I don't have a single solid hobby, they're all intertwined at least to some degree. If I were to direct all my focus and my energy on my hobbies alone, I would have a solid 5 years of non-stop work to do (and that's assuming that I don't branch out yet again in the future, which is highly unlikely).
    >I’ve started and stopped so many interests and hobbies
Have you considered not doing that then? Pick something and have at it. Roll with the punches.
    >For each “passion” I’ve looked into, I’ve convinced myself that it’s just another waste of time and go back to lifting, games and scrolling.
You just love your routine too damn much, and you probably give up too fast because the failure demoralizes you. If you were to keep going, you would inevitably get to a point where the skills you gained would be useful in regular life. But it's much easier to start something, half-ass it, whine that "it's just another waste of time" and go back to scrolling and playing vidya.
    >to give my life some meaning
Nothing can give your life meaning. You yourself have to assign meaning to stuff.

just take what you like consuming and learn how to make it yourself. for me that was music so i picked up the guitar and now i play in a band.

I've been feeling similar lately. The only thing I've found some enjoyment in is bicycling. It's nice cause you can go as hard or easy as you want and you are still getting somewhere. Good cardio, and versatile transportation.

Also if you live in a rural place, mountain biking is fun as frick and it's nice to get in nature. The more challenging trails are pretty risky though and require a good bike with good suspension which is $$$ so start simple if that's your thing

What did you like as a kid?
Usually, when you are a kid, you aren't really prone to overthinking and therefore just end up doing things you truly enjoy

Also consider you strengths, and try to figure out something you can do that makes use of those strengths

I am/was in a similar situation, and this advice resonated with me
Been working alright at least so far

wait until you hit your 30s and you keep living like your 20s and when the scrooling, games and even lifting lose their meaning anymore and you become truly despondent because you realize you missed developmental milestones
