    >telling people you work out
    Lol oh no...

I will neven tell people I lift. "Improving" is beta. What makes someone the most "fit" is having the best genetics. Your ability to attract females is the ultimate indicator of whether or not you are "fit", and that is a biogical fact. Ask any female and they will tell you they'd prefer a man to be "fit" by doing natural things such as lifting heavy equipment at their job/home. Going to a gym with A/C and sitting on cushions pulling on cables is extremely feminine. I'd never admit to something like that. It's exactly why tanning beds are feminine. Tell a girl you tan in a bed, see what happens. Then tell a girl your tan comes from working outside. Totally different responses

Going to the gym is inherently beta. "Chad never had to self-improve" is entirely correct. A good mate is one who has good genetics. One that is big and strong by simply existing, not because he bought protein powder and pulls on strings 5 days a week. If you were a skinnyfat, weak male - you have bad genetics. It doesn't matter if you rise above them. Give yourself a pat on the back for improving but nonetheless, you aren't the most suitable mate.

Think of it like this - who do you think the girl is going to choose? A 6ft guy who was once a 5'6 manlet but got that bone lengthening surgery? Or a guy who was naturally tall? Yeah, exactly. 0% chance I tell girls I go to the gym. "Nah, I just played sports in high school and college"

I'm not hopelessly autistic like the anons above me so I tell them to eat and drink less sugar and to lift weights a few times per week. I've made lifelong friends because they've improved themselves and they opened up to me because I helped them when they needed it. Frick all the chuds on this board

They only ask so they can poke fun at you for putting in so much effort and not looking like a roid monkey.

Fricking lame and insecure mindset that you posted there. Imagine having to push others down to make yourself look better. I couldn't imagine a more israeli and feminine mindset. That's not at all what being a man is about.
You climb the mountain to help others up behind you, not to push them back down. Are you planning to sit alone at the top once you finally reach it? You truly have to be a damaged and insecure individual to compensate for your fragile self esteem to act and think this way.
True masculinity is leadership, and leadership is sacrifice. It's really that fricking simple. The man who helps his peers reach the top with him will reach greater heights because he has a community behind him, and will win his wars because he has the love and loyalty of his network and circle.
This kind of highly individualistic, selfish and egotistical mindset is exactly what the fricking israelites want you to be like.
Pathetic. have a nice day now if you think like this, genuinely.

That's not pushing others down. It's just not helping them up either in situations where they're totally capable of helping themselves. Your figurative mountaintop is populated by those who earned it.

      Cry about it.

You do know that these fat c**ts that ask you how you got your body have no real intention of ever changing and are just looking for any excuse for their moronic lifestyle right?

I see it as extremely cringe to consider someone having given up as a personal moral failing. The reality of the situation is that life is a perpetual struggle for everyone, and we should all be on the same team helping each other grow and overcome our obstacles and shortcomings.
The fact that you seem to consider your position above others as a sign of personal virtue is nothing more than egotism and narcissism to its highest degree. Everyone will struggle and give up at some point, and in those moments, what you need the most is a helping hand and support, not some haughty little homosexual on his metaphorical high horse telling you off for having given up.
Hopefully as the both of you mature and gain a little more life experience, you will learn humility and kindness towards others.
        That is all.

Women are getting fatter at a faster pace than men. OP should tell men it's just genetics, and give any woman that asks a detailed run down of exactly what she needs to do. Be friendly to fat dudes, and fat shame women as often as possible.

If all your coworkers are fat then sure. But there are other jacked guys at my office and we have good conversations on fitness and trade tips. Sometimes even lift together.

    >inshallah the obesity rate hits 90%
fricking lost, in all honesty being so far ahead of the general population in terms of physicality gets boring sometimes, after a while the mires become repetitive, the questions they ask all the same, and all that's left is general contempt for the public
