literally spamming 1 plate with perfect form is kinda all you need unless you're just a naturally bigger/strong guy but the average 5'7-6'1 normal weighted non-athletic background, don't sweat it tbh
it's true. When you go to the gym and look at how many people there lift 2pl8 for sets you will see the truth. I swear most people in a commercial gym spam 1pl8 quite contentedly and many of them look decent. Not to say that it's actually too difficult to achieve 2pl8, it's just that most people don't care enough about it. You'll have to actually eat sort of properly at least and work up to it. fit will tell you that 2pl8 is a day 1 lift

Somewhat unrelated but I hate the word teenager, it means literally nothing. When I think of teen girls it's like 16-19, 13 are pretty much children but technically "teenagers".
Same with boys at 13 or 14 you're a kid but at 16 you're almost fully grown.

I weight 160lbs and 225 isn't had lol and I can do 8 reps of it. Only took me a year to get to it too. People here genuinely don't lift or if they do its obviously shit. I remember a poll awhile back and something like 80% of people that responded to it were below lmao2pl8.

I don't know his height, but it looks like he weighs 180 to 190 lbs, so he likely could bench anywhere from 180 to 205 lbs. Maybe 225 lbs, but much more than that would be pushing it.
