    consume hundreds of grams of sugar.
    carrot salad with methylene blue.
    Then eat whatever else you want and make up some pseudoscientific reason filled with jargon explaining why it's good then post to twitter.

        This is a boring ass list but I can't imagine anyone getting fat with this, your dinner is terrible though.

        The main ideas of peating are:

            Vegetables other than carrots and potatoes are junk food, curry causes all sorts of gut issues, cooked fish is terrible for you unless you get it from a very high quality source. Nothing wrong with rice but it doesn't have much either.
            You gotta figure out a diet you enjoy over time but I personally eat a lot of desserts and more meat (even though meat isn't that peaty in high amounts but I'm not too worried about that)

                You gotta change it up throughout the week to get every nutrient you need.
                For me, I usually go for ground beef, rice or baked potatoes, carrot salad and juice or coke. I sometimes change the ground beef for something else that has similar macros and often have it as different dishes like meatballs or kebabs or whatever
                At least twice a week I have a dinner mostly made of organs like liver, heart brain etc.

                Don't mind him he's a balding fat frick, oatmeal is garbage, most grains are but I do have some grains in desserts every now and then.

                Does it make a big difference if you have fresh homemade juice or not? Can i get pure unfiltered apple juice and be fine? I love the idea of rice, minced beef and carrot salad. I am going to make this for dinner tonight.
