    Tastes weird. That's about it.
The only supplements that I've noticed any substantial difference are creatine, pregnenolone and arachidonic acid.

not the guy you replied to, but holy shit it made me feel close to having a better pump, I felt thick, but it's only a feeling you don't really gain muscle fast or anything crazy, which is why I stopped taking it. I took it with phosphatidic acid, note that it works for some people not everyone.

This, but my lifts went up a little after I started taking it.
I think it increases inflammation which is helpful for increasing muscle/strength.

If zoomers are shilling it then you can safely ignore it. After all, the demographic shilling it has an average IQ of 60

like ashwagandha it's being pushed by indians who are being paid to shill it.
i'd avoid it unless you're already on a PED stack in which case throw it in the mix and see what happens

YES. Yes it is. So far it’s seen great results for a lot of people and you can find local farmers pretty easily, get your own growing kit.

I got some, had to stop after a couple weeks. No noticeable effect whatsoever and I got tired of the smell of horse manure that was tattooed inside my nose.

Or you could just take care of your hair, and do things like scalp massages and hair oiling with rosemary oil. Weekly to biweekly oil for a man with short hair is pretty cheap. A scalp massage needs just fingers.

It made my resting heart rate go up a lot. Apparently it can increase calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia). I ended up dropping it. Shame because it felt like it was working
