Ok i just read the other replies and have redacted my statement. You need to eat fatty meat, fruit, starches, and dairy and lift heavy. You need to go out and lift weights like the rest of us. If you cant afford a gym membership (or are a pussy and wont admit it) then do reddit bodyweightfitness beginner routine. At least buy a pull up bar because pull ups are honestly one of the most formative lifts. Other than running and throwing, our ape genes tell us to CLIMB! Dont be shy of a bit of weight gain and think in the long term. You dont want to gain weight vecause youre scared that you wont be able to get rid of the fat but you CAN. Depends. Former fatty here. I never lost any weight until I eliminated fruit and starches. I ate lots of ground meat, cucumbers, tomatoes, and had pizza once a month. I lost 50 lbs pretty quickly. I am not sure if it was the fruit or the pasta/rice/grainshit but I was holding incredible amounts of water and couldn't lose the retention until I cut those out. Then the fat came off quick. No changes to my training.
No, i get it bro. Im a former fatty too but if you look at the other replies youll pick up on how he is actually just not muscular enough. He needs to GAIN weight not lose it. Purrly increasing lean mass will decrease bf% too. The last thing you want to tell an anorexic is that they need to lose weight

Spot reduction doesnt exist. You can do gain and loss cycling while changing your hormonal profile to get a different fat distribution but otherwise there is nothing you can do. If youre on hormonal birth control then that will increase fat storage around hips and legs. But again im not gonna help you with weight loss without a picture.
