either you use lard from pig or cow or just use butter dont use that vegetable oil shit they used to use that as engine lubricant. unless you of course coock whit crude oil and gasoline aswell
A 3:1 to 7:1 balance of omega 3 to omega 6 is ideal, although you shouldn't have a ton of either. It can lead to heart problems having a diet high in polyunsaturated fat. Having large amounts of omega fatty acids at once followed by very little throughout the rest of the week is far healthier because large intakes of omega 3 show great health benefits. I usually go hard on salmon once or twice a week. The majority of your fat should ideally be monounsaturated fats with a little saturated fat added in. Nuts, avocados, and olives and olive oil are the sources that are most geared towarded monounsaturated fats
i like to boil and drain in the hope it gets rid of pesticides. but then i dont eat much veg, aside from the occasional peas and carrots. and my daily kraut, of course
Usually mixed with nonsense to make it liquid enough to be used as spray. If you're going to use a spray use avocado oil and make sure it's only avocado oil in the bottle
Use >extra virgin olive oil >coconut oil >avocado oil >butter >ghee >tallow >lard
Avoid >sunflower seed oil >safflower seed oil >canola oil >peanut oil >goybean oil >rapeseed oil >palm oil >anything defined as seed oil
Read the labels, saturated and monounsaturated are good, polyunsaturated are bad. Balancing out omega 6 with 3 is a modern diet meme, created by the fact that the modern human consumes more omega 6 in a week than humans of yore consumed in their entire life. You have fried goyslop to thank for that
>use >expensive fats with low smoking point >avoid >inexpensive fats with high smoking point
Whats being moronic like? Even EVOO fanatics say you should never cook with it
>Can't cook in a dry pan
You can though.
>Won't
