Lifting will only improve your image by about 10% or so. You still need a good looking face, hair, money, social status, come from a good family, have a good personality and charisma.
Lifting kind of becomes a drag once you realize it's sort of pointless. Most people do it because they have nothing else to do and also get socialize with others a little bit. The gym is full of incels, average people and wagies.
Learning to look people in the eye. That was literally the most important thing. And not to stutter when I talk, or flinch, or freak out at eye contact lasting too long (which is still really overstimulating for me emotionally and I have no idea why).
I still have way too low a stimulation threshold, like brushing against someone is like... idk I imagine it takes a blowjob to make someone feel the way I feel with a simple hand on the shoulder or a hug. It's just way too stimulating. Simple flirty banter sends me over the moon. But desensitizing yourself to eye contact and simple, normal platonic touch is a total game changer for some people, at least it was for me.
ever since a few of those fitness influencer guys died of "sudden" heart failure I feel alot better about lifting in general, like I'll never look anything like that huge, but everyday I wake up and that guy is fricking dead
