they say anything without meat is vegetarian. can't think of any fast food place that uses animal fats as cooking oil, except mcdonald's who uses butter on the grill for their breakfast sandwiches.
where do you get that any of them are using tallow to cook?

yeah except they even minimize how much beef they use, it's blended with oats and flavor enhancers

If only 30% of their taco meat is actually meat, that's still more than enough animal fat to flavor the rest. I'm not saying you're wrong I just don't get why they would put seed oils in unless it is intentionally to sabotage the food

I wonder who actually pressures these places to use shitty quality fats, and keeps pushing the idea that seed oils are healthy. Do they have names and addresses?
Found it somewhere and it made sense given how unnecessary it is to add oil to low grade ground beef. Double checked and they do have seed oil which sucks but its also completely baffling. Why pay for an extra ingredient just to make it taste worse and be worse quality food? It makes absolutely no sense
sneed oils is really the only major one that I absolutely avoid altogether

You want sourdough bread that's close to whole grain and a mixture of a couple different organic grain types. You also want some diastatic malt powder in there.
Monoculture wheat that was perfectly dried before milling didn't exist until the Industrial Revolution. Wheat flour almost always had some wheat that would get sprout during storage before milling. The malted wheat contains enzymes that help breakdown starches greatly aiding the yeast as it ferments. It would also have some rye or barley mixed in because it was impossible for a peasant with nothing but a sickle to control a field that well.
Good sourdough is nice, same goes for "wild/heirloom" grains which don't cause issues even for people with gluten-intolerance. If you can get your hands on some that actually unprocessed flour then its good stuff.
I basically just try to avoid anything that does not come in a simple, single ingredient form when I buy it.
My whole diet only consists of meat, eggs, yoghurt, various fruit and vegetables, tofu, quality peanut butter, canned fish, various seasonings and condiments. I consider all of that pretty damn basic and unprocessed.
Once I'm finished cutting, I will start eating english muffins again.
I treat myself to a dr pepper every weekend and have maccas probably every 20 days on average. But 99% of my eating only consists of the above.

Yes, I’m aware the olive oil we get in the US is dogshit compared to to the pure olive oil your mafia affiliated Uncle Vito squeezes out of his buttcheeks back in Sicily.
You are delusional. Olive oil is 80% oleic acid e.g. w-9, the amount of dietary linoleic acid is nearly negligible in the first place unless you are drenching everything in grease even if you eat high linoleic acid oils like sesame oil. w6 inflammation is extremely overblown and is orders of magnitude less than long chain saturated fats which are known to stimulate TLR4 response as well as cause gut microbiome side products that also cause inflammation, and are much easier to stick onto food because of their solid nature. Sneed oil idiots embarrass themselves every chance they get.
remember that anyone who connects words like inflamed/inflammation with "overblown" and cant/wont elaborate and arent citing references,
theyre an idiot or follow some sort of agenda and/or are very much likely activists who wants to earn money from other peoples misery
olive oil is one of the safer oils but i would recommend it mostly used cold on greens for flavour/salad mixing to make it palatable
but butter or tallow is always superior, just ask anyone with previous gut problems who suddenly dropped sneed oils
just magically curing their broken guts by simply removing the sneed
I avoid these not because of PUFA or omega 6 or any stupid shit like that, but because it’s a highly processed shitty food that is added to basically every other kind of highly processed shitty food. Essentially if I see canola oil or vegetable oil on the ingredients list, it’s goyslop. This actually holds up pretty well as I haven’t come across anything that has just the oil. If the sneed oil is on the ingredients list then chances are there’s a long list of ingredients also containing shit like preservative, colour, flavour enhancer, and HFCS
Oats and sneed oil. I kind of give up on diet autism otherwise. I just try to get high carb, then whatever fat comes with the protein I eat. I'm not over here adding butter to my coffee or anything. Works fine.

It's a fruit oil.
I still don't understand the seed oils fear. The whole thing just feels like another diet fad to me with little basis.
Ketolards jumped on the bandwagon recently, which is funny because they used to say walnuts were a "superfood" because of the unsaturated omega 6 which already overemphasized in the western diet, but the seed oil alarmism goes back farther than this. Here's just a few references.

How did they get convinced?
I eat a mostly carnivore diet and that’s enough to avoid most of the garbage that’s poisoning people. Red meat, fish , eggs, whole milk, and cheese. Every once in a while I’ll have some cooked vegetables or rice mixed with salsa. I never felt better or stronger. Diet is important.
Junk food is good in moderation. Love me some donuts, soda, ice cream every once in a while.
Never use cooking oils ever. Don't understand what the point of them is honestly.
My diet consists one ingredient foods: root vegetables, frozen greens, frozen fruit, cheapest meat cuts available when on sale, tomato sauce, eggs when they're not 6$ a dozen, fresh fruit in season, occasionally yogurt and cheese. If I'm "cheating" I'll buy nachos or frozen pizzas. I only use avocado oil for cooking. Love popcorn
It all started with eliminating canola oil intake and then being surprised at how few pre-made foods don't contain canola oil.
I'll still dummy pints of ice cream in the summer though
90%
These are listed in order of decreasing importance. I eat dairy on occasion but I very rarely compromise when it comes to phytates. Also, people in this thread avoiding sugar have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
You don't know shit about shit, you moronic homosexual. Agriculture has only existed for 10,000 years, which is a tiny fraction of the time that anatomically modern humans have existed. I've long since given up on having any meaningful discussion of diet with "people" on this board but I just want you to know that I know that you have no clue whatsoever.
It's 100% of the time anatomically modern humans have existed. Your arguments would have been great at the dawn of the agricultural revolution. A lot of people got fricked up by malnutrition! We got filtered HARD and emerged as starch-eaters. The grains domesticated us.
junk food

anything wheat based (i prefer corn based tortillas instead of bread)
For me sugar. Vegetable oils too, but sometimes if someine fries me up so pork belly or something I don't really ask what they cooked it in so I'm sure I have some the odd time. Sugar, corn syrup, etc. is a must for me to avoid.
Every restaurant I've ever worked at has used them to some extent. One place I worked only really used butter and olive oil for cooking but if you ordered Oil & Vinegar for a salad, the oil was "salad oil" which is ultra processed olive oil and goybean oil mixed together.
Also lmfao at that stuff being labelled "olive oil" in big letters on the motor oil jug. We ordered it as "salad oil" when we called the Sysco order in. Never even noticed the label until I grabbed that picture just now.
>processed olive oil and goybean oil mixed together
This shit pisses me off so much. So much "olive oil" is just canola or worse and some stores only have the cheap fake garbage. Why is it even legal to market something as pure virgin olive oil when it's majority seed oil?
what is "vegetable oil"? how are they supposed to get oil out of vegetables, i thought they didn't have any
here the cheapest oils are sunflower seed oil (i'm a zigga) and butter
Vegetable oil is just the marketing term they came up with, sounds better than "rancid shit we used to grease ship engines with that we now have de-odorize and burn with chemicals to make it safe to eat".
Same with CRISCO, sounds a bit better crystallized cottonseed oil.
um bros? when I go read about the recommendations for healthy fats by the heart association in my country, they say I should stay away from saturated fats like butter, coconut oil, animals fats etc. And use vegetable oils, nuts, fish, avocado and even mayonnaise. What's going on?
My god, trashoil in seethrough/light plastic bottles, the worst of the worst combination.
The fact it's stored primarily in these bottles tells you about the quality. Not just the individual quality, but the general/maximum quality. It's trash, nobody makes the effort to fill it in dark glass bottles (unlike olive oil).
You can prove me otherwise.
>seed oils (corn, canola, sunflower, basedbean, peanut) ***olive & avocado oil aren't necessarily seed oils but they are only marginally more healthy as far as I'm aware*** >processed sugars >not-fruit vegetables >artificial sweeteners >pretty much anything that comes out of the ground, or grows above ground and has to be processed
basically: avoid anything processed and that we weren't eating prior to the invention of agriculture.
what is natural for us to eat:

I dont use oils when I cook shit on the stove. Am I fricked?
Meat,Milk,Eggs etc.
Peanuts.
Coconut milk,oil etc.
Almond milk.

>wiener, cum,
Hard mode
My diet consists one ingredient foods: root vegetables, frozen greens, frozen fruit, cheapest meat cuts available when on sale, tomato sauce, eggs when they're not 6$ a dozen, fresh fruit in season, occasionally yogurt and cheese. If I'm "cheating" I'll buy nachos or frozen pizzas. I only use avocado oil for cooking. Love popcorn
It all started with eliminating canola oil intake and then being surprised at how few pre-made foods don't contain canola oil.
I'll still dummy pints of ice cream in the summer though
90%
I avoid sneed oils.
unfermented grains
baked goods (including bread)
factory farmed animals
nuts
unfermented legumes
unfermented plants in the brassica family (cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, etc)
avocados
pork
birds
fatty fish
un-nixtamalized corn
sugar substitutes
xantham gum

raw leaves (excepting cilantro, basil, parsley)
bananas and plantains

Anything that has calories
prtty mch this.
cant even have a cot damn avocado baka
Onions, milk, sugar and protein powder/protein supps
anything containing phytic acid (grains, legumes, seeds, potatoes, etc)
seed oils
dairy
These are listed in order of decreasing importance. I eat dairy on occasion but I very rarely compromise when it comes to phytates. Also, people in this thread avoiding sugar have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
>grains, legumes, potatoes
lmao brainlet
You don't know shit about shit, you moronic homosexual. Agriculture has only existed for 10,000 years, which is a tiny fraction of the time that anatomically modern humans have existed. I've long since given up on having any meaningful discussion of diet with "people" on this board but I just want you to know that I know that you have no clue whatsoever.
It's 100% of the time anatomically modern humans have existed. Your arguments would have been great at the dawn of the agricultural revolution. A lot of people got fricked up by malnutrition! We got filtered HARD and emerged as starch-eaters. The grains domesticated us.
>i dont understand basic human biology
It's ok, I know.
Onions
Onions
I forgot to mention I'm trans btw
asshurt vegan impersonator
nope swedegay is just a homosexual
I use seed oils on everything and I'm healthy and strong, you guys are just autistic and like typing sneed.
~~*juice*~~
junk food
soda
anything with sugar
s o y
red meat
oil (except olive oil)
anything with trans fat
anything wheat based (i prefer corn based tortillas instead of bread)
For me sugar. Vegetable oils too, but sometimes if someine fries me up so pork belly or something I don't really ask what they cooked it in so I'm sure I have some the odd time. Sugar, corn syrup, etc. is a must for me to avoid.
Meat. Lost all of my gains. I'm now skinny fat. I'm going back to meat.
do you think its acceptable to eat one bit of junkfood/one fast food meal every fortnight or month?
restaurants use seed oils, right?
All vegetable oil comes from seeds. They either heat and press the seeds, or they separate out the oil using hexane.
Anything that didnt breathe
soi and veganslop like fake meat and shit
um bros? when I go read about the recommendations for healthy fats by the heart association in my country, they say I should stay away from saturated fats like butter, coconut oil, animals fats etc. And use vegetable oils, nuts, fish, avocado and even mayonnaise. What's going on?
they want you to buy their seed oils
I don't know much about PUFAs but I do know that you should avoid seed oils and make sure the other pufa sources like nuts and fish aren't oxidized
Alcohol and avacado (I'm allergic to avacado and I don't like the taste or side-effects of alcohol).
>seed oils (corn, canola, sunflower, basedbean, peanut) ***olive & avocado oil aren't necessarily seed oils but they are only marginally more healthy as far as I'm aware***
>processed sugars
>not-fruit vegetables
>artificial sweeteners
>pretty much anything that comes out of the ground, or grows above ground and has to be processed
basically: avoid anything processed and that we weren't eating prior to the invention of agriculture.
what is natural for us to eat:
>meat
>meat organs
>sweet fruits
>non sweet fruits
>honey
>raw dairy (ok, this occurred after the agricultural revolution, but its still a non-processed animal product)
theres a reason the bible refer's to paradise as 'the land of milk and honey'
nutrition is actually remarkably simple
human beings are just addicts.
What is also natural for us to eat:
Grains
Root vegetables
Mushrooms
Tree saps
Bugs
addict cope
Addicted to what? Tree sap and bugs?
