Same, my training is literally four times upper body then rest
None at the moment but I recently did an experiment testing out how I respond to different rep ranges. Turns out I make stellar progress on high rep sets and I don't make strength and size gains even half as fast when I'm doing less than 10 reps per set. I also found recently that I can lift from 9-13 days in a row before I physically and mentally need a rest day. I get the fastest strength gains doing a lift twice per week and the fastest hypertrophy gains hitting a muscle around 4 times per week with 2 days back to back followed by a few days of rest afterwards. I don't know how many sets is optimal for the stage I'm at right now but I think I'll do that experiment soon
Training 1-3 times a week. Just taking it back to basics. That's how I used to train 10 years ago and had the best results. That's how "everyone" used to train back in the day. Max 3 times a week and everyone was big and strong as shit. Now the gyms are filled with science-based zoomers that all train MINIMUM of 6 times a week doing the most moronic "optimal" movements and have literally zero strength and shit dyel physiques.
And Im ashamed of admitting it but I got gaslighted into that too. I used to fricking love training in 2013 and I'm finally getting those flashbacks now that I'm "only" training 3 times a week again. I'm actually loving every time I go back to the gym instead of slaving away some science pilled jeff homierds PPL that is inferior to just regular old bro split.

Tried working out the day after a long hike that tired me out. Didn't think I'd have enough energy, but it was fine.
Im trainning for handstand push ups, im very far off them as i am still fat and havent trained in two years time basically at all, just got back on the fitwagon. Anyway, i´ve been playing around with pike-push ups, handstand holds and miniscule rom handstand push-ups (in a way where i go to the position and lower myself by mere inches and then push myself back). It also helps me with getting my OHP push to the very last upwards hold position which is nice. I think key is to work OHP and Mini-rom handstands together so i can achieve some form of synergy from there. its been cool
