    Low fat is the dumbest diet you can do as fat is one of the most nutritious nutrients. Does cell repair and cell formation, hormone production, etc.

    Low carb diet is the best for losing fat because carbs don't really do shit except burn immediately or get stored as fat. You do not store animal fat as fat, you have to completely break it down and turn it into a human fat cell, which usually doesn't happen because you use all the goodies from it first.
