I used to have the same breakfast. Swapped the oatmeal for a banana years ago. Easier to just peel a fruit. With oatmeal you have to dirty a bowl and spoon and wait for it to cook and worry about what to add.... all for 100 calories of carbs. Just eat a piece of fruit.
