    my breakfast:
    3 scrambled eggs from our farm (they are literally 3 times as big as supermarket size 7 eggs, my father in law spoils the shit out of those chickens lol)
    1/2 cup of oat porridge with 1tsp brown sugar (made with milk not water because I'm not some poverty c**t)
    2 cups instant coffee (one before workout, one with breakfast after)

      I used to have the same breakfast. Swapped the oatmeal for a banana years ago. Easier to just peel a fruit. With oatmeal you have to dirty a bowl and spoon and wait for it to cook and worry about what to add.... all for 100 calories of carbs. Just eat a piece of fruit.

    I'm 34
    I eat between 3-5 eggs a day.
    I've ben eating this amount for almost 8 years now
    I have not noticed any bad effects.

    I believe Ihave managed to gain a new super power which allows me to distinguish an egg which has been laid caged vs one which hasn't.
