      depends how much you weigh. if you're overweight, 100 pushups. if you're skelly, 2 plate bench.

      100 pushups. I'd say calisthenics as a whole is a lot more impressive than raw weight lifting, unless we're talking about extremes like ~500kg deadlifts.

    when people say they do 100 pushups is it supposed to be in one sitting or in sets of 25 etc? because i thinks its not much of a feat to be done in sets

    100 in one set is elite tier. Most people will never get there, they’ll stall somewhere around 50 IMO, maybe 60

    I never managed to do 1, let alone 100.
    I'm already 32, I don't think it's going to happen.
