100 pushups. I'd say calisthenics as a whole is a lot more impressive than raw weight lifting, unless we're talking about extremes like ~500kg deadlifts.

im not sure
depends how much you weigh. if you're overweight, 100 pushups. if you're skelly, 2 plate bench.
I did both when I weighed 130 and the pushups were still harder.
It’s not really that surprising, 2 plate bench is sort of intermediate performance, 100 pushups is unironically very advanced
100 pushups of proper (not pulsing like a homosexual) form within 2 minutes is much better than 2pl8

you rest and do 100 more

add a couple more simple bodeyweight exercise, and make it a routine, you'll get VERY far. might go bald though(from increase in testosterone)

100 in one set is elite tier. Most people will never get there, they’ll stall somewhere around 50 IMO, maybe 60
