I've always dreamt vividly but when I took ashwaganda my dreams went from odd to nightmarish, stopped taking it and they went away. I don't think the Indian machine elves like me.

only thing i'm taking is glycine. it's effectively collagen sold in bulk, and as far as i'm concerned, the anecdotes of it helping with sleep are true

Creatine and caffeine in whatever form both 100% work and will noticeably increase lifts. They are the only thing I would ever shill as "why the frick aren't you taking this"

creatine i tried a couple of times for multiple weeks each and just didn't see any difference.
caffeine i would agree with but if i overdo it i get way to neurotic so i rather don't

Tobacco (pipe or cigar, not cigarettes) or just nicotine in a pouch plus coffee are super good for your brain it turns out.

Oh yeah and tobacco gives you a 15-30% testosterone boost which is absurdly high for a natural and legal non-steroid.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant

Colon cleanse to remove estrogen from the gut. It's just carrots and the occasional magnesium oxide flush.
