    I'd just not worry about it. There's not much reason to train only abs I'm not trying to be a crab but to get blocky deep abs you're gonna need to do more than just play with an ab wheel. Build strength over your entire body, eat less and then train abs if you want them that bad.

    I never really saw ab gains no matter what I did until I started using an ab wheel. Trick is you have to make sure your posture is correct, but they really do work in my experience

Preferrebly something that involves holding a position rather than moving, like planks and leg rasies, so I can read while I workout. As a beginnner, how long should I be looking to hold these positions, how long should I rest, how many times should I do them per session, and additional excercises besides the ones I listed
