What is a good sleep medication that I can take that won't mess with my gains and won't have that many side effects?

What is a good sleep medication that I can take that won't mess with my gains and won't have that many side effects?

I've been having trouble sleeping for months, melatonin doesn't help, most sleeping methods barely do anything.

inb4 go to a doctor, every doctor I've met was a stupid idiot who misdiagnosed me or was giving me the wrong medicine and was charging way too much money

Doesn't exist yet. All sleep medication fucks with you. Figure out why you aren't sleeping (stress, blue light, caffeine etc) then fix that.

      >caffeine
Used to drink like 12 teaspoons of instant a day, and when I stopped for 3 weeks it got so bad that I couldn't fall asleep for hours and when I did I was waking up every 2h or so
      >blue light
Tried strong filter apps, doesn't work
      >stress
      I'm not stressed

It's so fucking bad, I'm sleepy as fuck and my eyes are closing, but it feels like my brain has shut down the ability to fall asleep, so nothing happens.

You're paying the toll of drinking mud juice like a retard, next time don't just follow the normamoron cattle around repeating what they do.

Bruh, I feel you. I also suffered from horrible insomnia, tried everything.
No food at all in the evenings, no caffeine at all, no naps, bedroom dark and cool, use earbuds and a sleep mask even, exercised during the day but not within 6 hours distance to bedtime.
Did tests, 0 sleep apnea (literally had an AHI of 1,4), no pain, no thyroid abnormalities, no neurological issues, nothing.
The doctor prescribed me 100 mgs of trimipramin before bedtime and now I can at least fall asleep. I still wake up like 5-6 times every night for no reason, but at least it's only for a few seconds and I can fall back asleep. Maybe that will help you, too.

If any other anons had sleep issues and managed to resolve them, please do share
