What is my body fat %?

I think I’m around 25% but I’d like a second opinion. Also, about how long will it take me to get visible abs? I’ve been losing about a pound every week.

>6’0 and down to 185lbs from 188

        Just go get a bodpod or hydrostatic test. Skip the dexa as they are very inaccurate. Or just get skin calipers for $5 on ebay

          I think I have low test or poor genetics but I don’t really care anymore. I just want to have good cardio, flexibility and strength in calisthenic movements. I need to lose the fat around my midsection, i.e., my love handles and belly fat. I don’t care about being big or benching heavy weight; I just don’t want to be a fat slob anymore.

            I hear ya man.
            You should, if you aren't already, lift weights and get stronger. You won't turn into a mass monster, a solid base of muscle will increase your metabolism and thus help keep the weight off.

    Why do you care? You have no muscle. You won't look good unless you lift for many years and make gains or go on a cycle. I don't get why people need to know their bodyfat percentage. Just look at yourself in the mirror and see if you need to gain muscle or cut fat.
