    Milk is the gold standard for protein quality. There is literally no source that is as perfectly ratioed for amino acids or more bioavailable for human consumption. Eggs are a close second. There are benefits outside of protein to be found with milk and eggs as well with their micros and dairy's notable cardioprotective and anti-diabetic benefits. Fish, assuming its river fish, lake fish, or small ocean fish, would be my third choice due to it being very high quality and also having neuro and cardio benefits. Grass fed beef would be my 4th pick and rabbit would be my 5th pick to round it out. Both have great micros, especially in regards to mineral content, and when junk food red meat is taken out of the equation there is no health downside to them.
