What is the best way to eat eggs to max their cholesterol?

What is the best way to eat eggs to max their cholesterol? Sure raw is probably best, but with the downside of less protein being absorbed, but max cholesterol. I hear heating the egg, such as scrambled, will lower the cholesterol abortion rate die to it being a large molecule and oxidation of it when cooked firmly.

So is it best lightly friend or poached in which the yolk is still runny? I like to steam hard boiled eggs, but again the yolk will be hard.

Maybe a mix?

>4 raw eggs morning
>4 hard boiled eggs after workout
>4 lightly fried eggs in the evening

raw eggs are a meme, you’ve been trolled by guys who claim they do it 6+ times a day when in reality they did it one time on camera to fuck with you.

You absorb more GOOD cholesterol, which is a precursor for test production. More cholesterol is absorbed via raw eggs than non-raw. Fact. The downside, is the protein loss. I didn't just watch rocky, my man.

Chicken eggs are a meme. Duck eggs are superior

I have duck eggs too. But the cooking remains the same issue.

regular butter/EVOO/tallow fried egg is the way to go man, you can cover it or do a light basting to finish so that the whites will get cooked while the yolk is still runny

Yeah I have butter for frying, and real lard for frying. I think maybe the light frying. I'm just curious to explore cholesterol maxxing lol.

I consumed 2x protein shakes a day with five raw eggs in them for two months and gained 13lbs.

I'm a naturally skinny guy but that bulked me up to a right chunky bunny.
Do not underestimate the power of eggs.

Scrambled with butter, a little salt black pepper, and some hot sauce, toast, and some oj

Scrambled mixed the whites and yolk, and then solidifies then, making it hard for the gut to adsorb all the cholesterol.

As much as it is easy for me to eat 10 large whole scrambled, I think there is a downside.

I'll be on 36 eggs daily at that rate though, I will be the egg man. But if cholesterol is playing a more vital part in lean muscle gain, then the balance would be to still have a lower amount of eggs, and with that comes lower protein from then, but the cholesterol gain which is more important.

have fun with the avidin. been there. I just make egg fried rice for meal prep at this point.

It takes a while to be biotin deficient, and as I will be consuming the whole yolk too, about 12 to 16 per day, it should negate this, if at least 50% are cooked. Or I just take a supp hours after consuming the raw eggs. I will not have liquid, water etc. with the eggs, so they will digest faster in the stomach.

      >I just make egg fried rice for meal prep at this point.

Egg fried rice only tastes good if it is takeaway type, and they always add monosodium glutamate, so you gotta avoid that shit.

Is this going to be ok to shell though or will it be so runny you gotta eat it right away? Boiled eggs are usually very runny I find unless they are boiled for 10 mins or so. And hot runny boiled eggs are a pain in the ass I find to eat, especially if you have 6 or so.

Thats enough to make the whites solid but yoke runny. Thst want you want. It might be a little different depending on the diet of the chickens, so you got to experiment a bit to get the perfect time.
I never had much problem with peeling them. Just wait until they've cooled down.

I usually boil them in advance, a dozen at the time and take a few with me to work every day.
They keep for a few days in the fridge. At least 4 days as far as I've tried.

My trick is to boil eggs, and then throw them in ice cold water to shell easily. I tend to get up around 5am, so have plenty of time to prep for the day.

Separate the eggs. Drink the yolks. Cook the whites separately for a different meal or just feed it to animals / compost or whatever. Ignore the comments about muh biotin and shit. Don't bother with raw egg white. Protein is easier to replace in your diet than the cholesterol and insane vitamin concentration of yolks. Also the whites fuck up the texture of whatever you drink it in, and aren't easy to digest.

I've been drinking yolks like this for a couple of years. 5 - 20 yolks a day. Just add it to protein whey or whatever smoothie you are drinking. Yolks alone are delicious and have this immediate lizard brain gratification.

Remember - heat denatures the cholesterol; the yolk doesn't need to be cooked through for this to occur. Also, you need to get fertilised raw eggs. Good luck bro.

Thanks. I have been looking for something like this. So used to people just eating egg whites, and a simple solution seems to be just eat the yolks alone raw.

I just think people are so stuck on the cholesterol = bad, they're not understanding the good of it, and how it might play a significant role in lean muscle. So it's hard to get information on it.

          >Also, you need to get fertilised raw eggs

I get free range, but, I think a little white mark indicates this on the yolk, and strangely enough, lots of my eggs have this. Vince Gironda, I believe that is from.

it's way easier, faster, tastes good, and doesn't get tiring - you drink a yolk + whey drink after working out and you are done. It's also way easier to bulk and to meal plan around - add a yolk or two, remove a yolk or three.

            >I just think people are so stuck on the cholesterol = bad, they're not understanding the good of it, and how it might play a significant role in lean muscle. So it's hard to get information on it.
It's basic hormone tree shit that Cholesterol is precursor to hormones + supports basic building blocks for the body. Picrel. People are fucking retarded. My doctor is Oxford educated, is jacked and an all around good bloke, and after I got into Gironda and did the associated reading he confirmed. I think the only thing to note is to keep cortisol low (recursive feedback loop - Cortisol leads to more cortisol pretty much) and ideally keep SHBG low.

            >the yolk doesn't need to be cooked through for this to occur
It's not like all cholesterol instantly denatures the moment it becomes heated.
A quick Google search shows a study that heated cholesterol for 30 and 180 minutes at 120°C. Only 12,2% and 13,9% loss was observed.
            And 51,4% and 86,0% at 150°C.

Heating a yolk, that's insulated by the egg white at 100°C (regular boiling water can't get higher) for 5-6 minutes isn't going to cause much loss. I doubt it would even reach 5%

For sure - I meant more the fried etc. Admin wise, if OP is reading about Girondas diet he'll cycle up to 30 eggs a day or something. Soft boiling eggs perfectly in batches would prevent me sticking to it. But, I definitely didn't want to imply that people having a couple normal soft boiled eggos is ruining all the good fats.
