If you deadlift you could do more reps at lower weights, that really burns my forearms since they're my weak point on diddys. Negatives and holds are also really good on a pull up bar or something like that

Pinch block lifts and farmer carries easily the best. captains of crush, and hangboarding are the way to get strong grip too. Maybe deadhangs if you do them on a fat bar or throw small towels over a bar and hold thosd.

Grip strength seems to not be just from the fingers but also from the arms. You may want finger, wrist and forearm workouts. Probably a sequence of Barbell rows, barbell curls, wrist curls, and grip resistance as accessory type workouts would work. Makes sense to me but I'm not focused on this right now so I don't have any evidence.
