I googled and google tells you are moronic
              >There have not been sufficient studies to determine whether these naturally occurring trans fats have the same bad effects on cholesterol levels as trans fats that have been industrially manufactured
Also chemically those trans fats aren't anything like trans fats from chem labs.
So you are just a moron cho hears a boogie word and has no idea what is behind that word.

Large long term study has shown that the more dairy fat people consume, especially ij forms like cheese and yogurt the longer they live.
There is no trans fats in a real cheese. That must be some american fast food garbage you are talking about.

gee it's almost like the dairy industry has ZERO interest in funding studies that they know will make their public image look bad. the "studies" that paint the dairy industry in a good light are paid by that exact industry.
                stupid fricking idiots

There is an insanely profitable industry of fake "milks" like oatly that sells absolute goyslop. It's dirtcheap, like 5 cents per liter to produce, but is sold at a regular milk price. They all have done dozens of studies trying to prove that dairy is bad. The is a ton of ngos that promote veganism and backed up by large corporations and billionaires. They couldn't produce a single legut study, showing that dairy is harmful.
Even that huge long term study from sweden, showing that the more dairy fat people consume, the longer they live, was finded by leftie, veganism promoting government.
Trans fats aren't equal. The who thing that makes them bad is that synthetic ones don't exist in nature and our body doesn't know how to use them. While trans fats from natural food can be processed by our body.

The protein can be really high but it depends on the cheese. All cheese are fat and protein but dessert cheeses like the mold ones are much lower in protein and higher in fats, other cheeses are higher in protein and has less fat. Water content also varies. Mozzarella has low on both because of the water but parmesan is high on both because it's super dry. However the fats are not unhealthy but make sure to fit them in your overall calorie intake. The protein is of very high quality but it's all casein. This means it digests slowly. The protein per dollar is actually quite good on really cheap cheeses. I recommend cheese. Makes food taste amazing as well. The trans fat problem is not a real problem. Dairy fat intake is not linked to disease. It's actually the opposite.

The people who eat the most dairy fat are the healthiest. Processed meats like bacon is the problem, not dairy fat. Unprocessed meat is ok though.
